we don't exactly have a pay scale for these types of submissions but i was given the 'OK' to grade the avatars with the hockey card scale and treat the last as a sig.

i like the aesthetic of the third avatar the most. i think the second is something youd find user on the site using over the other two. i wish the yellow outer stripes matched the halifax color better. the name banner is good just a bit busy. the team text and logo take away from the number quite a bit and i think they could use different placement. the fade on the logo is really good though. "The Wizard" part looks a bit disconnected.
