Simulation Hockey League

With the conclusion of S45 yesterday the Edmonton Blizzard were crowned the Challenge Cup Champions, which means it's time for a new site banner! (yay, it's blue again).
I intend to take a stab at it and whip up my own banner, but I'd love to see what the community can put together as well so I'm going to open it up as a contest.
Once I have all the entries myself, Keygan and the rest of the Blizzard will go through them and pick the winner. If one blows our mind before the deadline we may even just go with that.

Dimensions = 240x700 (same as current)
Colors = Deep Blue (#081C3E), Powder Blue (#00C2F2), Gold (#FEE000) and Silver (#DCDCDB)
Logo = here

Prize = $3,000,000

Deadline = Midnight, February 15, 2018
