Welcome everyone to the incredibly late S47 SMJHL Awards Show! So late you almost forgot these things even existed! Special thanks to the Awards Committee for delivering the results in a timely manner, and an even bigger thanks to SMJHL HO for staying on top of em! Love you guys!



As you all know, I’m your host, Nour Harrak, retiring Hamilton Steelhawks and notable S36 second overall bust! I’m here to guide you all through a night of intrigue, excitement, heartbreak, and jokes at other people’s expense! One more time, here are the winners so far and nominees, I will see you all at 7:30PM EST tonight!

Four Star Cup - Award given to the SMJHL Playoff Champions

Welcome one and all to the S47 SMJHL Awards show! Almost just in time for the S48 SMJHL Playoffs! Without further adieu, let's get started!

Before we begin with the SMJHL Awards, I would like to congratulate the Minnesota Chiefs for winning back to back Clown of the Month awards, first for the Daco situation and now for the McZ trade! Congrats guys!

The first and second team award of the night will be going to the Anaheim Outlaws, to be received by GMs @Dangles13 and @SpartanGibbles, for being this year's SMJHL Four Star Cup Champions and Occasus Trophy Winners! Congratulations to the city of Anaheim, what a great season it was for them!

The third team award of the night will be going to the Montreal Militia, to be received by GMs @gillon and @BarnabasCollins, for being this year's SMJHL Oriens Trophy Winners! Big congratulations you guys, you put up a great fight and the city of Montreal is behind you!

The final team award of the night will be going to the St. Louis Scarecrows, to be received by GMs @TML99 and @Nictox, for being this year's SMJHL Laurifer Trophy Winners! What a great legacy the Scarecrows have been able to build the last few seasons, you guys have a lot to be proud of here St. Louis!

And now onto the player awards! The Jared Hanson Trophy is awarded to the player who scores the most points in the SMJHL Regular Season, and this year’s winner is Matt Kholin! As if that wasn’t enough, Kholin will also walk away with tonight’s Robert Martucci award for the SMJHL’s Regular Season goals leader! 48 points, 24 goals, what a season!

The Ronan O’Keefe Trophy is awarded this season to Oliver Klozoff of the Montreal Militia, for scoring the most playoff points in S47! Montreal was so close this time around but Klozoff was instrumental in taking them to where they ended up, what a dominant 22-point performance from the Miltitia star!

The Ideen Fallah Trophy is awarded to the most valuable player in the SMJHL regular season, and this season was an insanely close one for all of our nominees! Any one of these four nominees are more than deserving of this prestigious award! SMJHL players around the league dream to be as effective and lethal as these guys were this past seasons!
