I believe so. I'm not sure if there can be multiple winners (aka Villagers and Executioner win, etc)

He also could be the Jester knowing that a last second vote like this could potentially get himself killed off without question.

Ya this is basically a last minute snipe.... Cfj could be exec, jester or wolf trying for an extra kill? I dunno, cfj went for sleepy last game and cfj turned out to be the wolf..

Can be multiple winners.

If EXE wins, they have the opportunity to keep playing, helping village or WWs (like, voting and stuff).

I won't reveal anything if an EXE wins though. I'd just know. And they'd know.
