Having the lottery done by someone whose team has 2 picks in it isn't a good idea imho. It's not that I don't trust Spangs, but if the Jets end up winning the lottery and maybe even get the top-2 picks then there will certainly be concerns. And this is something that can easily be done by almost anyone, so no need to have one specific person do it every year.

I've done it every year. I do it the same way every year too. 20 randomizations, then the 21st is the official one. I even take a screenshot of the 21st one.
