With the season coming to an end, and the draft almost out of the way that means one thing, free agency. After what was suppose to be a down season for Texas, saw them finish in second in the regular season. Texas would go on to ultimately be eliminated in the second round of tight series versus Chicago. There is always could of been, but Texas had a serious chance at beating Chicago - however Chicago ultimately came out on top and won the cup. Congrats to Chicago on the cup win, even though it ruined my dreams of playing against Burlok in the finals this season - maybe next time.

Entering free agency, I am still aiming to go to a competitive team that has a good chance at winning the cup. Kondos is coming off of his best season finishing tied for third in the league with 86 points. Entering next season I am still hoping to hold a lead role on whatever team I am playing for. Which essentially relates to top power play minutes, and a balanced five on five attack. By no means am I shutting any teams out, however if you are a rebuilding team you will have to have a very strong pitch.
