We have commissioners designated 2 teams each for things like this. GMs have to contact their rep or post in their permission thread so they can organize teams.

IMO we should have a place where GM's post RELEASES, at the very least, because as far as I know it doesn't happen anywhere in the forums. GM's just stop listing players in their yearly budget, and every off-season I usually have to confirm with GMs that certain players had been released or just not re-signed yet.
