So are we implementing the idea kane brought in? if we are we should start coming up with rules and shit on how many graphics per day/payscale so people can get started on this stuff...

Pretty sure, this has been discussed. Spangs and I talked a bit about it and the last I knew was Spangs was getting one of the gfx guys to control it...
