IIHF Job Fair - artermis - 11-01-2018 Message your applications to me. All apps will close in a week (November 8th). IIHF Co-Commissioner and List Updater Besides the annual update of the eligible players lists, duties include participating in conversation and offering your valued opinion as a part of the IIHF HO. Pay is 4 million a season for the list updating. If interested, message me your application with the basic premises of: why you're interested in the position, what you bring to the table, your vision for the IIHF, and what your free time is like (list updating takes some time, but once one gets a hang of it you'll develop a system). Once hired, the first assignment is to update the lists so be prepared! WJC Commissioner I'd like to make these apps as open-ended as possible as the job itself thrives with creativity, so your application should show this aspect of you to me. With that being said, the basic prompt, of course, is "Why do you think you'd be a good WJC commissioner", as well as "What is your vision for the WJC?". I'd personally like to hire a young user, as they usually have unparalleled levels of energy and commitment and a strong connection to their rookie class and fellow SMJHL'ers, but I'd of course consider anyone who has a passion that shines through. Pay is 3M but the previous job-holder had spread the pay with his WJC HO team. Federation Head For Norway and USA Applicants from the above nations or in a position to transfer to those nations will be given priority, however in the case there are none from those categories, a locked-in player may apply and receive the job. Duties include rosters and lines every season, updating your teams's profile in the IIHF sub-forum, active involvement in the HO and in discussion, and especially active involvement with your own team. The application should be built around answering why you think you should be a fed head and what you bring to the table especially with the duties mentioned above. Pay is 1M per season if the key duties of: submitting a roster, lines, and submitting an awards ballot are completed. I'm excited to be able to work with some new faces in this minor shake-up and can't wait to see your apps, good luck to all! Major thanks to @JKortesi81 for his patience , @Count Chocula (Our last Fed Head from S20 I believe, who unfortunately has gone inactive), @hockeyfan for his levelheadedness and his great help in helping me make decisions, and @Carbine for his outstanding work in the WJC. Thank you all for the time you've given to the IIHF, you will be missed. RE: IIHF Job Fair - artermis - 11-01-2018 Note: If applying for one of the Fed Head positions please specify which one you are applying for RE: IIHF Job Fair - Nobody - 11-01-2018 Applied for all RE: IIHF Job Fair - ErM - 11-01-2018 Applied...? RE: IIHF Job Fair - artermis - 11-02-2018 App counter after day one: IIHF Co-Commissioner and List Updater - 0 WJC Commissioner - 1 Norway Federation Head - 1 USA Federation Head - 1 RE: IIHF Job Fair - hockeyfan - 11-02-2018 The list updater job is fun guys RE: IIHF Job Fair - JKortesi81 - 11-02-2018 I'm so happy with the progress Team USA had made under my watch. (S32-S43...holy shit). We won a few gold medals (Thanks @Allen !!) and it was a fun experience that helped me grow as a GM overall. With that, if @"cpetrella" doesn't get the job here (Since this stupid committee wouldn't let me choose my successor even after all of the other Fed Heads said it was cool), the IIHF will be disbanded. I'm HO, i can do this shit. Probably. Maybe. Idk. BUT LETS NOT FIND OUT.
