S47 Transfers - artermis - 04-24-2019

An assigned transfer can be completed when a player's birthplace is from one of the the 14 assigned IIHF Regions and they have not yet been dressed in a "simulated game" for their nation.

An unassigned transfer can be completed when a player's birthplace is not from one of the 14 assigned IIHF Regions.

To complete a transfer both the nation head and transferring player must post in this thread confirming the transfer. Please state the nation the player is transferring from (when applicable) as well as their "new" nation.

Note that:
- SMJHL rookies may be contacted to join a team only after the beginning of the SMJHL playoffs.
- Nations may only have one assigned player transfer per season.
- Nations may have unlimited unassigned player transfers.
- Transfers are permanent and locked in for the remainder of the player's career.
- Switzerland and Japan will be given an additional transfer should they opt to use it, however it may not be used on the same nation as their first.

Special note to rookies:

Remember that accepting a transfer to another nation is permanent and that you will be unable to transfer back for the remainder of your career.

Therefore consider the decision carefully as it may be worth it to wait an extra season to be able to represent your home nation.

Before accepting a transfer, talk to your current Nation head.

Another IIHF season has come and gone. Time for another offseason of getting stronger. In the past we've had to approach players, not we find ourselves in the position of players coming to us, and I have to say this it's thrilling to have the two of you say you'd like to be a part of our happy little federation.

Chris Partridge has been an MVP caliber goaltender for us and I believe he will be for many seasons to come, but our future is just as important as right now. With that said @Daco from a time before my time has returned to ensure that we will have a great goaltending tandem for foreseeable future. Welcome to the club Daco, we're happy to have you!

Back when Czechia was still part of a happy little union we had to search around for unassigned players to build up our team, and building block of our federation has been Piotr Czerkawski, a player from a small town in Poland with no federation to call his own. Now another player from Poland has asked to join our ranks, and we're happy to welcome him. @Lunatyck I can't wait to see future all star Przemysław Brzeszczyczkiewicz  playing alongside Czerkawski.

Casimir Stevens - Assigned Transfer
Canada -> Czechoslovakia

Przemysław Brzeszczyczkiewicz - Unassigned Transfer
World -> Czechoslovakia
