The Ultimate SHL Discussion: Pop Tarts - SpartanGibbles - 05-12-2019

Recent controversy has erupted among the management of the SMJHL over the best flavor of pop tarts. We take this as a serious matter and want to get the leagues input for this pressing issue.

This discussion will include a 7 day bracket that will culminate with a final choice as the SHL's Best Pop Tart Flavor. Flavors were pulled from various online sources but if you don't recognize a flavor this list was seen as the most comprehensive. In total 68 flavors were chosen to compete in this tournament. The top 4 seeds were hand picked and the rest were randomized.

brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts mean a lot to my younger self. they were the only ones my mom would buy because the others had more sugar or something. when those bois came home from the grocery store, it was a good week.

That's why they have to win a play-in round to even be included.

It's more a shot at the heathens voting for them in general. I understand giving them a chance to get it but anyone voting for them should be burned as the witches they are

Unfrosted poptarts are the one true path.

Makes them edible. And toastable.

Try putting a frosted pop tart in the toaster. Poor toaster.

Toasting > microwave for heating. Therefore unfrosted is best.

I used to do this all the time. It's not like it melts.

How dare you disparage the great name of frosted pop tarts!

yeah, put frosted poptarts in the toaster. it doesn't melt. i didn't even know they had unfrosted poptarts.

cinnamon with frost is the best btw.

RE: The Ultimate SHL Discussion: Pop Tarts - Tomasnz - 05-13-2019

lol yeah I have to confess to trying to recall what happened last time I put a frosted on in the toaster...

no idea.. its clearly been too long, better go and get some sampling happening.

I guess I just prefer the merly sweet taste of unfrosted vs the super sweetness of frosted.
