I watched The American Society of Magical Negroes. It wasn't as bad as other people made it out to be, but I felt other movies have executed this idea better, including recently (American Fiction).
I went and saw IF in theaters yesterday afternoon. It was really good. It's not some artistic masterpiece but it tickled a bit of my childhood wonder and I think it had a great emotional through line and message about remembering to keep the kid in you alive even as you grow up.
I watched war dogs today. Miles tellers voice is too close to jonah hills, I was confused!
