I upload my most recent casts on Soundcloud then supplement it with an account on Anchor.fm, which does not have a limit on the total length of episodes as far as I know (I've uploaded all of my episodes on it).

You can either do that or use Anchor exclusively like the Luking podcast did.

Also as long as I am head of the HOF I don't think I will ever forgo the waiting period for a single player, unless they did something that no player has ever done in terms of dominating the game. It's not a long waiting period and it keeps people from getting mad that one guy had his period waived while another one did not.
