Small thought slightly off topic, but wouldn't it make sense to just combine training and the activity check? It would be the same numbers TPE wise, but without needing extra work.

1M Training = 7 TPE
500k Training = 5 TPE
250k Training = 3 TPE
"Free" Training = 2 TPE

I like the Idea of Free. Its kind of like Welfare on the SBA.

Or you could even add a couple really short tasks, like 150-200 words, worth 3 TPE (no bonuses). That would be a nice break from the longer ones, and everyone could do these.
