I understand that to you, sorry is not good enough. However, it's going to have to be. I can't cut off my nose to spite my face in a situation like this. I make one team happy and make how many others pissed? And then I set a precedent that I resim if something is wrong, which then causes even more problems on my end of people demanding resims throughout the season when I get something wrong, which will happen. Every simmer in history has gotten things wrong, it happens. They apologize, teams are up in arms for a while and then ... well, nothing.

It's frustrating, yes. I wish I had caught it, honestly. I was distracted, as I told Walrus, with some other issues at hand. It's something that I didn't anticipate, and by time the days had gone by to get back into the sim to do anything, I didn't have any recollection of the change. I had spent a lot of the weekend away with family and friends, and honestly forgot about SHL for days.

So no there will be no re-sim. There's never going to be a re-sim on anything past the first couple of days of the season. It's counter-intuitive and sets a horrible precedent. I apologize for the frustrations, and I apologize I hadn't caught it earlier. I will say I respect the passion you all have for this game, and I respect Walrus for being forthcoming about everything and private. He was a stand-up individual, while I had no time today to really come online to review anything, in the time I had he has been spectacular.
