As interested as any other team, I have heard that you have 2 gm players that are on the rise and are the winningest team in shl? 

2. What kind of player are you looking to build? Are you open to advice to help you achieve personal and team success?  
I want to build a good two way center, I'm very open to feedback and suggestions and I usually ask Col staff about opinions befor updates.

3. Do you see yourself always having time for the SHL, is there anything that could negatively effect your activity level over the next year or so? (New Job, School program, travel, etc) 
I'll stay active, really enjoy the shl.
