This week I submitted my dissertation, meaning I will graduate university this year. Hopefully with my degree I can get another office job with enough downtime to get paid in IRL money to write sim league media again.
honestly, what makes me happy right now is how little responsibilities i have now that i’ve finished my schooling. it’s been amazing to just kick back and relax, and i’m incredibly grateful for that opportunity.

The thing that sparks joy in Leon's life is coming home to his golden retriever Sam everyday after a long day of training or a game.
I went to my second ever NHL playoff game last week (game two between Edmonton and LA). I've been to double digit regular season games, I think one pre-season game but nothing comes close to the fun and atmosphere of a playoff game. They won, which is always nice, and I was with very good company. The fans were a lot of fun too with their chants and singing!
