With the draft coming close and being newly appointed, I of course needed a Co-GM. When chosing a Co, I wanted to choose someone who had been with the Whalers organization for a long time, due to the fact that, even though I was with the Whalers for a little bit, having someone who has had experience with the management team is incredibly valuable. I had 3 great candidates in mind for the job, all who had been with the Whalers since day one.
