There is 36 pages here if you want to go back and read some of this gold but here's just a few pictures from the early pages. JNH looks to start scouting 2 hours before the draft. ToeDragon84 - Jason Visser is looking to burn one pre-draft. JKortesi81 - Joe Kurczewski the active legend of the draft was so pumped 3 minutes before the draft started. Muerto starts the draft off, here we go! WKP takes Volkova and some were pissed about their mocks being ruined like Jason Visser. Also he seems to still be looking for a smoking buddy: Cuffy has no time for fancy posts. Right after this pick another goalie in Jason Aittokallio was picked and he had this to say: JayWhy Clearly Happy In New York "With the 12th pick of the Season 31 Draft, the Calgary Dragons are pleased to select... Forward Joe Kurczewski"
There is way more good stuff go check it out.
My Special Shout-outs:
Jason Visser @ToeDragon84 The realest dude I have met on this site and a legend in the sim. I hope you come back one day brother but thanks for the music and memories. Visser finished with 379 Goals and 938 Points in 950 Games in the Regular Season. He was +288 with 1249 hits and 404 PIMS. He won a shit ton of awards and a couple Challenge Cups. Joe Kurczewski @JKortesi81
I don't really know Joe personally but he has always been an amazing person for the league since I have been here. Very active in the SMJHL and as far as I can tell the only active player left from this amazing draft. What an achievement to still be playing this long after the draft. Nobody is perfect but this place is lucky to have you and congratulations on an amazing career. Final Thoughts: This draft has tons of amazing names with 4 players playing 1000 games and 18 players with 600 or more games played. Really specially and I hope this current SMJHL Draft class coming up can one day match or pass this SHL Draft. Records are made to be broken but it's always great to look back at the people that paved the way. Thanks to all these players and the management that worked this draft. 2x Media Bonus
