Falcons, friends and falcon friends. Once again I stand here to announce the Detroit Falcons captains. However this time, not as an ex-captain but as the Detroit Falcons GM. We sadly had to see our former captain @Pickle Juice leave for the big league and the Steelhawks. Me and the entire Detroit organization wish him the best and hope for his success in the SHL to be at least as good as what he accomplished here! With that said, following the Detroit Falcons "succession" that was started quite a while ago it was up to Picke Juice or Ty Murphy as he is also known, to choose the new Detroit Falcons captains. With no further ado, here are the captains of the Falcons for S62 and onwards:

 Captain - Dirty Boots @CapnCooper  

Dirty Boots has stepped up to be a leading figure in the Falcons locker room and we could not be prouder and happier to finally give him the recognition he deserves! In true leadership fashion CapnCooper always puts on the positive emotions, looks brightly towards the future and greets us with a morning and sharing in all of our needs of coffee. The contributions on ice are not to be ignored either, and there is still a lot more of time for Boots to grow with Detroit for the coming seasons that he stays down with us for. SKREE!

  Alternate captain - Clem Fandango @UberBJ  

The first alternate captain is Clem Fandango and is yet another person to finally get some recognition. Always the happy person to play banter and liven up the locker room brings a good spirit to the team, even when we are struggling. Fandango is a more veteran add to the captains roster as they've been on the team for longer than the other two captains. Combine this with the experience of a prior player for UberBJ and this captains team will not only be the ones to watch out for on ice but always to look for in the locker room as well. SKREE!

  Alternate captain - Akashi SixNine Jr @FourFour  

Yet another young player takes to the stage as Akashi SixNine Jr joins in as the third and final captain. Last season SixNine Jr was challenging a lot of other rookies on a Detroit that had it's struggles. We are glad to be able to have an experienced user in the locker room and now as an alternate captain as well. The young captains will make it possible to bring a lot of stability to the Falcons for the coming seasons. FourFour has been a great addition to the locker room and it is always a good moment to see them. SKREE!
