in this 19 part series, I look at each round of the SHL draft and share my thoughts about each pick. Because everyone else starts with round 1, I am going to start with round 5 and beyond.
Round 5 81. Manhattan Rage Rage - Pass 82. Montreal Patriotes Patriotes - Joulu Kuusi - Derry7 This Finish Finisher from..... Kangaroomanland, Finland? ... I can't read that, sorry. My American is showing..... Is a solid Goalie who has expressed interest in trying to be a center instead. Or so the rumors are, we have not confirmed that yet. This was a solid choice! 83. Seattle Argonauts Argonauts - Pass 84. Calgary Dragons Dragons - Pass 85. Toronto North Stars Stars - Pass Three Passes in a row! 86. Tampa Bay Barracuda Barracuda - Masataka Ninomiya - TheWoZY No jokes, I miss Wozy, and hope everything is cool and they come back. 87. San Francisco Pride pride - Fred Bread - pure_bread_fred The Yeasty Boys are back with another Bread man, this time it is the one, the only Fred Bread. Fred does not like to be called Freddy Bready, and did not return our calls for an interview. Fresh out the wonder packaging on Syracuse, Texas. Fredy Bready is a huge I-Carly fan, loves to eat just one of the two peanuts out of the shell (because the other one takes your powers. See one of the nuts gives you powers, the other takes it away, that's why you have to eat two. But Fredy figured out that if you spin the nut a certain way the power giving side always faces north.) Fred-o Bread-o plays Right wing and is good friends with Lord Farquaads, so hopefully he can build up on the Yukon Maradukes and make it to the big league! 88. New Orleans Specters Specters - Pass 89. Minnesota Monarchs Monarchs - Pass 90. Texas Renegades Renegades - Pass 91. Baltimore Platoon Platoon - Pass 92. Buffalo Stampede Stampede - Pass 93. Chicago Syndicate syndicate - Pass 94. Los Angeles Panthers Panthers - Pass 95. Hamilton Steelhawks Steelhawks - Pass 96. Atlanta Inferno Inferno - Pass 97. Toronto North Stars Stars (via Aurora) - Pass 98. New England Wolfpack Wolfpack - Pass 99. Philadelphia Forge Forge - Pass 100. Edmonton Blizzard Blizzard - Pass All the picks above upto pick 87 were solid passes. The best moment is when Ace farted right at pick 95. 106. Tampa Bay Barracuda Barracuda - Shawn Pawn - hockeyiscool This pick right here is why Tampa will never win a cup. Shawn Pawn (pronounce PRAWN) will never be a great hockey player. Some have compared Shawn to Eric Lindros, but after the concussions, before the rehab. I might just be bitter that Shawn wouldn't tell me who he was drafting, but still. Should have been pick 206. 126. Tampa Bay Barracuda Barracuda - Tony Blundetto - Furio A Member of the Yukon Malamutes, Tony Blundetto has promise in the jr league. However, there are doubts if this player's particular style of game will amount to success in the SHL. furthermore, he will not pass the drug test. When asked to provide a urine sample, Tony said "nah man, I don't do those films anymore" we are concerned. He will fit right in with Tampa. 146. Tampa Bay Barracuda Barracuda - Temetrius Jamel “Ja” Morant Wick -Scrizz A valued member of the Newfoundland Berserkers, Temetrius Jamel "Ja" Morant Wick was an STEAL at pick 146. This defenseman has the true showings to be an All star! 166. Tampa Bay Barracuda Barracuda - Dontavius sturdy- Dontavius This player was super excited about being selected. When they finally got called, at 166 in the draft, they threw a HUGE party in Dallas, Texas. This player rented out halls such as the Spearmint Rhino Gentlemens Club, The Men's Club of Dallas, the XTC Cabaret, and even the Tiger Cabaret. The party lasted for 3 days, and after, Dontavius said.... you know what, I'm done with hockey, and promptly retired. 186. Tampa Bay Barracuda Barracuda - David Grimes- DaPsychic David "Target Run" Grimes was selected 186th overall. He is considered a face off specialist. We were unsure why he fell so low into the draft. That is, until we spoke to him. Once we started speaking to him we understood why all the scouts didn't like him. However, since Tampa also smells like foot fungus, Target Run should fit right in. Speaking of which, David is banned from all targets in St. Louis, because he has racked up over 900,000 dollars in debt on a red card. We aren't sure how he did it, but he found a gift card hack. he uses the gift cards to help the call centers that call and try to scam you. One Dollar at a time. 206. Tampa Bay Barracuda Barracuda - Exotic Dummy-Bobby bob Bobby Bob was an absolute Stealy Steal at 206 in this draft. The six foot three inch center from Prague is just an all around great Left wing. The biggest downfall is his inability to stop playing fortnight and train. All Bobby Bob does is Ride that Bus to Winner Winner Chicken Dinner town, or something. I don't really know, I never played fornite. I managed to get an exclusive interview with Mr. Shawn Pawn himself, at his Tampa home, the Waffle House. There were 15 more names I was ready to draft. but I didn't want to make naomi's life as a caster of the draft that painful. This sums up my first of 134 installments of the draft Stuff.
