To be honest, Julien should have been fired a few seasons ago. He's had a pretty poor record at developing and utilizing young talent properly and, especially, giving youth any respect. Which has led to piss poor development of lower level prospects and forcing out of elite young players now three times in his tenure (Kessel, Seguin, Hamilton). He's a great coach, for sure, but when he has more of a veteran team.

However, Neely and Sweeney ARE pure shit so I'll give all of you that.
