i think that was a dream from me! that is what i always wanted! right now all players with this conditions! that is the same how we had the new TPE-System! if all teams have a too high cap then we could go higher with the salary limit

You should let players decide where they sign, period. This is a SIM league and if I want to play with my friends, I want to play with my friends.

Older players have absolutely no use for that money, the younger players are the ones who need it. So unless this is "part 1" of a rule announcing we're switching to a full PT league and money is useless outside of salary cap, then this rule is asinine.
