Also to be clear. I wanted a scale with around 175-200 TPE to max and settled for 162 in a way we can implement player types and some real diversity in the league.

I hope everyone can accept this compromise.

I like this one because it fits a mold and it's best for the newest members who might not entirely understand STHS (some guys still don't who are vets ) and push them in the direction of certain player types but there are ways to deviate from the median.

New Update Scale
50 – 70 = 1 TPE

Correct me if I am wrong but if I declare X as a weakness and I want to improve it from 80 --> 81 / 90 --> 91 it will cost me 10 and 16 points respectively?

Will you be revisiting the send down 325 TPE rule with this potential update... and what about regression could that be moved later on in a players career. And with regression if I have a skill @ 80 and for simple math we lost 10% would the formula be 40*10% which would reduce by 4 TPE which would put player at 78 for the skill or would it be 80*10% which would 8 TPE which would put player at 76?

Will endurance properly be used this time? Meaning no more 100 condition players if they overplay days after days?

Not to mention chances are you're going to land on one of the options I gave if you have any legit direction with your player.
