In S45 the Montreal Militia decided to go back to a more original team brand concept from the beginning days as the Impact. A slight logo tweak to resemble the original as well as the old colors were brought back. As one of the original six SMJHL franchises, the alternate jersey was made to resemble a throwback look that might have been something worn 40 years ago, similar to the NFL throwback jerseys.
