I love it that active writers do get a lot more money now but don't you think you are inflation it a bit too much now, especially compared to what people made so far? Maybe we should raise the payments in smaller steps?

I am working on a better system however when I took over the job these writers got paid twice as much as usual so I will pay that for the articles written prior to when I took over and for the few that were written after I took the job. I agree that the payouts have been high so I am working on a better way.

With that said, the people who write consistently deserve a better reward. Its easy for most people to write an article whenever they feel like it but when they do them on a weekly basis with a timeline they should get more.

You know how much time it takes to write alot of my articles/pbp things an hour or more obviously i gotta put abit more work in as my words are falling short but i mean ive written 6 articles on teams and gotten very little response from any of them its hard to write and article nobody cares about when they are barely viewed or talked about when written.

This is great. It takes a WHILE to write a good article, and with the update scale its gonna be hard af to get into the 90's. I like this scale.

They certainly deserve some good pay, especially those writers that are reliable and do their Post-Game-Show every week Smile.
How about the letting the pay-per-100 not rise with the lenth of the article? The system you've implemented so far benefits writers how do very long, but also very few articles. A 2500 words article pays significantly more then 5 articles with 500 words. There's nothing wrong with this system per se, but I think it will increase the number of articles... Writer might even hold back with an article for a week or two, so they can post a longer one that gives them more money than the 2-3 shorter articles they could've done in the same time.

I know how much time it takes to write articles, do PbPs or do scouting reports, I try to do them as often as possible too and am very happy that the pay for all of those things was raised recently!
Btw I'm not even a native speaker, so you don't have to tell me about how much effort and time it takes to write an article or do a PbP... It probably takes me twice the time it takes you

JoeCool, when you finish your entire series of articles, let me know and tell me how much each person who contributed gets and how much you get. For now, I have just graded all of your other articles and not the ones in this series you are doing.

And I have not done any scouting reports yet. I will get to that later.

Is this a weekly thing? I missed the cutoff with my article by a little bit.
