1ST OVERALL Scarecrows

Robb Wind - W
Wind is a winger with a big body who can put up points. He is one of the most dedicated players you could ask for, and is sure to keep improving throughout his stay in the SMJHL, and later, the SHL. He is also projected to be a first-round pick at the S25 SHL Entry Draft, so he's got that going for him as well. Future captain material, projects as a top-line forward in the SMJHL and SHL.

2ND OVERALL :force:
Evandrus Jesster - C
Jesster is a centre that can shift a game's momentum. He's got the ability to put up points at a high level, and he is one of the most SMJHL-ready players in this draft class. Jesster is going to be a good piece for an SMJHL team to go to a Four Star Cup with. Future captain material, projects as a top-line forward in the SMJHL and SHL.

3RD OVERALL :impact:
Anthony Mantha - W
Mantha is a hulking winger with a knack to notch points. He can score at a high level, and uses his size to his advantage, utilizing his long reach and big body. Mantha likes to play the body to get the puck off people, and he combines a bit of finesse into his game. Mantha is willing to work hard for a team, and he enjoys to play hockey. Future captain material, projects as a top-line forward in the SMJHL and a top-six forward in the SHL, although his ceiling is higher.

4TH OVERALL Knights

Tomas Jandl - C
Jandl is a playmaking centre who hails from the Czech Republic. Jandl was one of the most acclaimed players in his home country, producing at over a point-per-game rate, and now he is bringing his talents to the SMJHL and ultimately the SHL. Jandl has an effective passing ability, and he isn't afraid to shoot the puck either. Although he isn't the biggest, he is a speedy skater. Overall, Jandl is a guy who will be able to put the puck in the net, either by helping someone else do it or handling it himself. Future captain material who will be a top-liner in the SMJHL and a top-six scorer with top-line potential at the SHL level.

5TH OVERALL Falcons

Maria Maximova - D
Maria Maximova will be the first defenceman (or defencewoman) selected. She is somewhat undersized at 5' 9" and 150 pounds, but the Russian defender playing with Hokki in the Mestis. She is a two-way defender that will attempt to be effective as a small player in the SMJHL, and ultimately SHL, who will be able to score points, and she is able to both shoot and pass. If Maximova improves on her strength, she will be able to turn into a top-three defender at the SHL level and a top-two mainstay in the SMJHL. She may also be able to play forward sometimes.

6TH OVERALL
Zack Hoover - LW Whalers

Rounding out the first-round will be left winger Zack Hoover. Hoover, a 5' 11" playmaker, hails from Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a guy who can pick up points for your team. He is also pretty fast and enjoys to use his traits to his advantage. Hoover projects as a future assistant captain, with top-line potential at the SMJHL level and top-six in the SHL.
