As we all know Detroit is rock city and car city, so this time we are going to compare the Falcons roster to their car equivalents.

Lets get right to it.

Starting with our captains

Flacko Lagerfield - The Ford F150 Raptor

Flacko Lagerfield is our captain and pride, he leads the team by example by being a massive point producer and a great guy in the locker room.

Just like the Ford F150 Raptor Flacko Lagerfield pushes on regardless of task, he's got a big trunk so he can carry his team to victory!

Cedric Robinson - Volkswagen Type 2

Size does matter, just ask Cedric Robinsson the huge goalie with a break out rookie season on the Falcons.

Cedric Robinsson has had an amazing rookie year and some people think the sheer size of Cedric Robinson might be a big contribution.

Just like the Volkswagen Type 2 Cedric is bound to be a timeless classic goalie in the SHL

Tobias Viklund - Koenigsegg Regera

This sexy Swede likes to go fast and be on the offensive, the only true Swedish super sports car manufacturer fits Tobias Viklund brand.

The Koenigsegg Regera (Swedish for "to rule") is exactly what Tobias has in plan for the upcoming seasons. Be sure to keep an eye on this super player.

Marc Plaicka - Smart fortwo

Marc Palicka, the young and ever so evolving forward who's put up great numbers and instantly smashed his way into the first line during his rookie year can easily be compared to the odd but innovative car Smart fortwo

One could say that Marc Palicka is a one fortwo player as he's still young and shapeable, the only question that remains is if he will be able to fit a bigger engine or if this is his limit.

Xavier Paquette - Renault Clio RS

Xavier Paquette joined late this season but instantly became a beloved member of the Falcons.

When he arrived he looked just like any old player but when you got to take a closer look a true behemoth was hiding.

Xavier Paquette perfects the innocent look but deadly skill which makes him an excellent Renault Clio RS comparison.

Kyle Keenan Jr. - Delorean DMC-12

Kyle Keenan Jr resembles the Delorean DMC-12 in many ways. It's a great looking car just like Kyle Keenan Jr, it's a fast car just like Kyle Keenan Jr.

But the odd thing about this car is that just like Kyle Keenan Jr, it seems to have gone back in time and seem to be stuck there, only the shell of Kyle Keenan Jr remains, his body and spirit still grinding on for his team.

Lightning Jones - Porsche 911

Top goalscorer on the Falcons, Most TPE, all around great player and a veteran. Bound to be remembered as one of the greatest Falcons prospects ever, the Prosche 911 is a perfect fit for Lightning Jones.

It's fast, it's beautiful, its way ahead of it's time. Lightning Jones is the Prosche 911 in spirit.

Eero Mäkinen - Valmet 8050

Eero Mäkinen joined shortly after the season started, having a great start but a slow mid season, just like the Valmet 8050 he's a center who's never gonna stop plowing forward.

It might have taken a while for Eero Mäkinen to get up to speed, but now that he's picked up the pace, nothing gonna stop him.

David Fantobens - Lotus Elite Type 14

David Fantobens doesn't make a lot of noise, but when he does he roars like a tiger. One could think he's a old man in a young body.

David Fantobens had a slow start, but when the third line started to settle in, he was putting up modest amount of goals for a rookie winger

Hippo Passamus - Volvo Amazon

Hippo Passmus is short and bulky, just like the Volvo Amazon. Its slow to start, just as Hippo Passamus. But once it's up to speed, it's more like a tank.

If you run in to an Amazon, you might as well run into a brick wall, same goes for Hippo.

Dank Boija - Reliant Robin

Dank Boija, everyone's favorite finn. This odd dude sure takes innovation to a whole new level. Put him on a straight path and he will take off.

Be sure not to make him turn though as his center of gravity might be a bit off *cough cough he's a winger*

Pingy Pingu - Volkswagen Beetle

There's only one Pingy Pingu, you might not see him that often, but when you do you wont miss him.

Marcel Puhringer - BMW 5-series Touring High-Roof

Marcel Puhringer was a addition from Vancouver but he's quickly became our favorite German lovable guy.

Steady and Methodical just as the german cars, Marcel Puhringer packs a punch and is bound to make even more goals next season.

Tig Murphy - Ford F-450 Super Duty Tow truck Edition

Tig Murphy is the perfect quarterback defenseman, lethal on the powerplay setting up assists for all of his team mates.

One could easily compare him to Ford F-450 Super Duty Tow truck Edition as he assists all his team, anywhere, any time.

Papa Huligans - Volvo 740 GLE

Papa Huligans can skate forever, just like the classic Volvo 740. If you want someone reliable, this is the dude you are looking for.

With the right modifications and care, you can make this car fly, same goes for Papa Huligans.

Wolfhard Richter - Audi RS7

Wolfhard Richter goes fast, and reliable. This german masterpiece will blow past you in style and with control.

German engineering at it's finest.

Aleksandria Aleksandrovia - Lada

Broken player, broken car.

Fuck you

Justin Siddals - Gibbs Amphibians

Justin is a Center that plays defense, we don't know why, but he is.

Just as a amphibian car, his real place is actually unknown.

Why don't he just stick to what he's good at?

Wozy/Waters - Ford Model T
