Exactly this. Since you didn't decide on a nation to play for while creating your player. Players and Nations can't talk to you about playing for them until the start of the SMJHL Playoffs this season, S43. Come that day and time teams will be allowed to legally talk to you about playing for them. In the mean time, you most likely wouldn't be playing for a team right now either way since you dont have many teps.

Yes, unfortunately no matter how well intentioned the post may be, there is real danger of Fed Heads over-stepping their boundaries in an attempt to get in advantage in different scenarios, hence the rule.
