You're sure as shit I wouldn't try testing the limits if as a 1,300 TPE players I was about to be hit with a 65 TPE penalty.

I believe you aren't able to gain TPE during bans, so that's essentially what happens.

I know Dangies replied a bit to this, but also depending when you are ban, you might have done already everything that could gain you TPE for the week. Ex: you get ban a thursday. Well you had time from monday to wednesday to do all you had to do for PTs. Then on the next week you get back on track to do what you need to for the week.
