I don't think they're policing the private LR discords? The way I interpret the amendment it's just saying if someone rats on you from your LR they'll deal with it but otherwise just don't be a dick on the public one

Depending on when you get suspended and for how long it easilly is a 50 TPE fine. Like if you get suspened for 2 weeks or 3 in the offseason when all the Predictions PT's are open and then closed or CW.
