So there were no cap transgressions or illegal players on the roster, he just forgot to post the contracts (which, by the way, a lot of people could have noticed much earlier)? If so then that punishment is waaaaaaaaay too harsh, and that doesn't even take into account the leave of absence that was apparently granted to him.
