"Day Job" is an Anchorage/PGF alumni band formed of Co GMs and GMs. They predominantly play Ska music (as in it will mentally scar you if you listen to it) and the name is in reference to the saying 'dont quit your day job'. Due to their limited success at management level the quintet have decided to try their luck with live music.

@JayWhy is the vocalist due to his natural predilection for endless talking about how bad everyone else is at their job despite consistently missing out on the playoffs himself.

@ml002 is on the bass. He sticks to the background and tries to remain unnoticed all while holding the rest of the group together. That is until Jaywhy needs a scapegoat and suddenly everything is his fault.

@Tomen takes the guitar due to his Germanic roots. Any time he misses a chord he strangely blames Jordin Fourfour Jr.

@StaticShocked plays trumpet mainly because no one else wanted to do it. He might actually be quite good at it but we'll never know because the rest of the band keeps deserting him.

@Acsolap bangs the drums. Making a lot of noise without having any real idea of what hes doing is his specialty and that's why the band puts him in the back behind the drum kit.

Love Muscle is here to teach you how to rock with their latest album,”Powerful, Pink and Throbbin’!”

That’s right ladies. When these studs of the SHL take their helmets off and expose those mullets, ya know the party is gettin’ started!

First off, from left to right, we’ve got Lil’ Manius on keyboards with his fly, blond perm. When those curls activate, so does your vagina.

Next, on lead guitar, that quintessential stud muffin, Zach Evans. Dont look directly into his eyes ladies.....they’re so smoldering, you might just get burned.

In the back there is the Aussie Awesomeness in all his glory, the rusty rascal himself, Alexis Metzler. Those who say spontaneous combustion isn’t real have never felt the heat coming off this man’s loins.

Next up wearing his signature, pink neckerchief is the rhythm guitarist and resident wild man, Jonathan Lundberg. This maniac of metal always has room for one more beer and one more notch on his bedpost.

Last, but ever so far from least, is the man at the drums, the prince of percussion and panties, Mike “The Madman” Izzy!

San Francisco Pride prospects Xena, Luke Thomason, and Charlie Schieck have apparently formed an electronic pop trio going by the name of XTC. Word on the street is that they’ve become quite popular in Czechoslovakia thanks to Thomason and Charlie playing for the country internationally. Originally the idea was Charlie and Luke’s, but they wanted Xena to join to add her angelic voice to their “hot tracks” like: Ready To Pounce, Don’t Look Under There, and King Is My Baby Daddy. Of course all the songs were written by Luke, and the lyrics written by Xena, so Charlie does very little to contribute musically. Charlie’s role is more of a hype man, and we all know how well liked hype men are in the electronic music scene. The group plans to tour during the offseason, and will most likely release their first full length album, which will have the poorly chosen title of “Proud To Pride”, whatever that means. Keep your eyes on this group though, they are pretty entertaining.

My hit new band is called Ex-Raptor. Ir's made up entirely of S43 Raptors who are no longer raptors. Playing Guitar and backup vocals is Andrew Martin. Drummer is the well-known Phillip Winter. Alex Winters is bassist/keyboardist. Finally, I, Tony Pepperoni am the loveable lead singer. We all play classical Colorado folk as we came to love the state when we played there. Everyone gets along for now because we never see eachother anymore. Our hit new single is "i love-o Colorado" soon to be followed up by "The weed was good (but the memories were better)".

Following the end of the season the group will be getting together to perform in small venues across North America ending the tour with a show in the Pepsi Center in Denver Colorado.

When asked about the future of the band Pepperoni was quoted as saying "We're going to enjoy this tour, we've all got a lot going on and who knows when our next opportunity will be".

When Esa, Otis and Izzy get together and bust out the jams, things get interesting. I am not sure if they are really in the next big thing or the next big noise complaint. Somehow, they think watching them play is enjoyable to people and that is why they are calling themselves “Ear Candy”. Izzy is a able to keep a little bit of rhythm on the his drums which help hide Esa horrible bass playing. He trends to slap his base with not rhyme or reason. If you hold a Steelhead to a base you may get a better sound. Although Esa bass butchering is nothing compared to Otis’s singing and crappy guitar playing. They have been writing some music on the own, which is assuming to most of the Dragon’s. Create such songs as “Hit the puck you F***” Why does the east suck” and “How about a Parm?” Although it can be difficult to distinguish these songs as Otis sings them all in the tempo of “The Summer wind”.
