Task 1 - we all know hockey players love to eat. But what they eat is very important. It's your time to be an SHL nutritionist. Using various fast food menus from around the world, identify the worst items your player could eat. A good example would be to compare salt on the menu to salty SHL members. For instance, coming in at well over a full day's sodium level, Arby's mozzarella sticks could be Kit.
