After a slow start to the season competing for game time with second year goalie, Hank Scorpio, Peter has finally earned his place as the number one goal stopper at anchorage. "We all told him to just take some cement and harden the f*** up, we all expected Peter to be the starter we just wanted to give him time to get used to the environment and settle in before having to start" general manager Max Brannagan told local media.

It would be an understatement to say Peter has done well since earning his start. 
The two game series against Colorado perfectly articulates Peter's period as the league's premium goal stopper. Peter achieved a shut out and only conceeded one other goal across the two games while facing 55 shots. He received three stars in both games and really has started to show us what the Great Dane might look like currently topping both the league's goalie sav% and goals conceded. Fans are getting behind him with #brickwall trending in the Alaska region, and Peter's team mates are equally proud, "Oh and Larsom is wrecking shit" a celebratory Dean Colt III was heard to say. 

It should of course be noted that the entire anchorage team has been firing on all cylinders. With league leading shots on goal and shots conceeded stats. Things are looking up for the team from Anchorage as they now top the table and look to continue their dominate form for the second half of the season. The faith placed in the rookie goaltender has been rewarded, but what does the second half of the season hold for Peter and his riding high team mates.
