The PT Department is here to announce the move towards automation through google forms for a portion of the tasks each season! Heres some of the information you need to know.

How it will work:
Some tasks will have a link to a form as seen below. Most forms will follow the same standards.. you will be required to add your member name, you will only be allowed to add 1 entry but you will have editing capabilities to modify your choices up to the point that the task closes.

**In the screen above you will have the option of clicking the 'See previous choices' link which will give you a member breakdown of the current task as seen below.**

How this will help us:
From our end we can generate a report which comes out in the form of an Excel spreadsheet with all the data we need to grade the task including each member that submmitted an entry, the time they added it, the answers they gave and some additional information which will make the grading easier and with less chance of error.

Reply or not to reply:
Id like for each member to reply to the post after you fill out the form for the first season we use this.. because as we venture into unchartered territory i want to make sure that if there are any issues such as report errors or human error... you have documented in that post that you completed the form.

Please be patient:
This is the first time were doing this and with anything new it could require alittle patience as we work towards fine tuning and stadardizing this implamentation.

Google Form experience: The PT department will be working towards Google Forms fluidity.. but if you are someone that has major experience with it, please contact me via PM... i may pick your brain from time to time on better ways to use this.

We will begin this quest towards automation with the upcoming 3 on 3 showdown #3 task!

Sad this is even an issue but your right it could be...I’m going to hold off on adding the forms this week while I get some good minds together to look at this and figure out the right safeguards to put in place.
