After the last scale didn't go too well we went and revised the idea with a team to determine the best approach to video grading from here on out, and I'm happy to announce the new video grading scale (thanks in part to input by @~~Mike Izzy~~ and @chetib, as well as @ByrdeMan who proposed this revision to the original scale Chetib proposed):

-Content (Relevant, Informative, Unique) /6

-Video (Unique, Professional, Stylized, Clean) /5

-Audio (Clear, Appropriate, Mix between VO/Music) /4

-Pacing (Too slow? Too Fast? Too long? Too short?) /3

Scale out of 18

0-5 = 50k

5-10 = 500k

11 = 750k

12 = 1m

13 = 1.5m

14 = 2M

15 = 2.5M

16 = 3M

17 = 4.5M

18 = 6M

Bonuses can be given out by the graders

When reviewing videos there's no limit on how long videos can be, but the grader will watch up to a 5-minute segment of a longer video and grade based off that. When submitting longer videos please inform the grader which part of the video you'd like grade.

This is still an extremely new area for the league so it may change again in the near future, but for now we think this is a good direction to head in. To implement these changes, Chetib will be joining the graphics team as the league's new video grader.

Either chetib or izzy had posted examples in our discussion, can't remember who, but I'm sure if you ask Chetib he'll be able to give you a better idea than I could.
