Your spacing of the elements is pretty good. You've stuck relatively close to the rule of thirds, and it has kept everything spaced pretty well. The logo swap looks good (100K bonus), and it can be made better by manipulating the light a little bit. Your top flare (looks like it's coming from the bottom left of the composition) washes out the player and lower body details a little bit, and in an unrealistic way (the body's shadows/helmet glare has already informed us as to where the light source is). The signature is also fighting itself thematically. the striped background works well with the bottom right text, but these elements don't match the bokeh/broken glass circle thing. The "Outlaws" text in the corner looks good, particularly so close to the render which heavily matches the color. The background lines also match the Hall's lean in the foreground which looks good.
