The looping action is great, and the animation is smooth and well-timed. the "render" on the right is framed well, and the lighting around is arm (the barracuda blue glow) looks pretty good. my hesitations are with the background and the masking in the hair. the teal splashes look pretty good, but the fade into the animated portion looks a little off. im not sure if it needed to be faded more, or done in a shape (not a straight line. a tribal shape could work, like the tattoos?), but the line and then the cut in above the elbow becomes an awkward focal point in the middle of the canvas. the masking in the hair could also have been done a little more carefully. while masking curly hair is literally the hardest thing to do in photoshop, there are ways to touch it up so that it doesn't glow white (fit an "outer glow" into the design, or go in with a small soft brush and mask out the tiny flashes of white). the text is a nice mix of disney and SHL, so props for the clever balance.
