Personally I've always found it kind of dumb that someone can be called up for one game, play zero minutes, and get credit for the cup.

That being said: Is this league entirely for fun? Yes. Does it hurt anyone for them to get their names on the cup? No.

Leave them on there, and keep putting them on there if it makes people happy.

If we want to talk difference SHL and NHL as far as minutes played in those games - SHL call ups have a greater presence in the team locker room than they would in an NHL organization too. They're in that locker room from the moment they're drafted so they've been taking part in the team the entire season anyway, even though they didn't play. It's not like that call-up is the first time they've ever been with their teammates.
