You have an understanding of how to use photoshop it seems, but you lack the elements that'd push this sig into a high category like a 2 or a 3. It's just text, a background a render and it's not a bad start for some of your first sigs, it's where everyone starts, but you're going to want to invest some time into understanding of lighting, depth, flow, and other artistic elements if you want to take your sigs to the next level. There are some great PSDs in the resource section that can really help with learning what I just listed. It's what helped me elevate my sigs by understanding what they did in those PSDs.
