Answer: I'd probably figure I messed something up on my last update, so I'd go to my update page to make sure I didn't do something completely stupid.

Answer: I've got in up on my computer at work, so I check it a lot more than I probably should, but depends who busy I am at the office. Average I'd guess, 25 times a day.
