RIOTS IN THE STREETS OF MOSCOW
The annual WJC bronze and gold medal matches were slated to take place Sunday evening, however, news of the Carter Cameron II Dar Trophy Nomination at the S51 SHL Awards Ceremony brought frenzied cultists to the streets in a large scale riot/celebration of their leader. Conditions made it unsafe for fans/players alike to participate in the WJC medal matches and they were postponed until Monday. The riots did not quiet down, and intensified once the awards were broadcasted and Carter had indeed won the Dar Trophy. The riots are clearing up here on Tuesday morning and the IIHF and WJC board have announced were are good to go to begin the medal matches on Tuesday afternoon. More news to follow.
