I wanted to thank Gurbs and LeftWing for their time in Edmonton, but the reality is that we just didn’t have the ice time necessary to give these guys a fair shot this season so I wanted to try and find them somewhere that they could make an impact on the ice.

I want to thank Edmonton for taking a chance on me and drafting me a couple years back. I am also excited with this new opportunity in Toronto and being able to go home and play for the team I grew up cheering for.
