Three Stars - 105 Words
Magnus Liljestrom from the Detroit Falcons is our first star of the night. Lijestrom assisted Edward Williams with the last goal from the Falcons tonight.
The second star tonight is Kyle Sutton from the Maine Timber. He got the Timber’s only goal assisted by Rikard Bjerg.
Our final start this evening is Luke McMaster of the Falcons. This centre for Detroit got the first goal of the game in the second period, getting the ball rolling for the rest of the game. He’s been playing for the Falcons since S51, wracking up 13 goals in his first season alone. McMaster continues to perform really well.

After a quiet first period, the first goal comes in about 7 minutes into the second period. This gets the ball rolling for Detroit to get the win. While they fought valiantly for their win tonight, some took it a bit too far resulting in penalties. We see a penalty to Jack Kanoff a little over halfway through the second period as well as another to Kanoff less than a minute into the third for tripping and slashing. Joseph Fantobens also received 2 penalties, both in the 3rd period for slashing and misconduct resulting in a total time of 12 minutes.
