The man played games for 4 teams in 1 season. That's historic in the SHL.

Cuddles not on the ballot? Ridiculous
Hello everybody, thank you for virtually joining us this morning while we celebrate the accomplishments of a few good men. First, we’d like to congratulate this year’s Challenge Cup Champions, The New Orleans Specters! Specters
We’re here today because this year’s class brought forth an immense amount of talent and accomplishments during their careers. Some were the faces of their franchises, some excelled no matter what team they played for. Their milestones and records set while playing on the ice will forever be commemorated here in the SHL Hall of Fame.
When I was selected to be this year’s host, I was floored. Here I am just finishing up my Rookie year, and the committee wants me, Iggy, just a kid from Tampere, Finland Finland to host this year’s Class.
Some of you watching tonight may have played with these SHL legends, many of you probably played against them, and for a few of us, these men represented a different era in the league. A hard hitting, high scoring, well respected, humble, and old school era. These are the players that kids dream of playing like, the players that kids would have posters of covering their walls.
Another season of me not getting in I guess. :(
Before we get going, we’d like to introduce our first musical guest to open tonight’s ceremony, Canada’s own, The Weekend performing his hit song Blinding Lights

the shock induction of joseph lombardi? won't happen but hey i was on the ballot at least
As always, the Committee performs a ranked choice voting system, this year we had 5 players receive votes for the Hall of Fame. 3 of those 5 players were inducted. Each player had to receive 35 votes from the committee to be inducted. What’s special about this year’s class is that they are all first time ballots, an incredible feat that nobody could have predicted. The committee wasted no time getting these 3 incredibly talented players in the SHL Hall of Fame.
We’d like to recognize a few players who are on their last ballots who did not get into the Hall of Fame, but were still impactful players while on the ice.
