It’s been a grueling few months of working two jobs, but I’m back and ready to waste more of my time and avoid my wife and family responsibilities further with this:

if no one signs up by Wednesday night, I'll fill in with a skater/goalie on the same TPE tier as the lowest signed-up player

Both are fake hockey that have enhanced my appreciation for the sport, people, and personalities in my life while teaching me the wrong fundamentals of hockey, so it makes sense that I complete this loop by attempting to host an event that merges the two.
Over the next few days (pending demand) I invite users to fill out the form linked below and sign up to have their player reproduced on the low res 4:3.
The rules:
As users send information, I will update the rosters below. If demand is heavily exceeded, I will add 2 more teams. The full roster will hold 10 skaters and 2 goalies, but I want players to get ice time, so I’m keeping it small. Once a player sends their info, I will enter it into my proprietary algorithm which will convert a user's FHM attributes into Hitz attributes. I will then tweak player builds as necessary in order to have the values most closely align (ex: in hitz, height affects whether you are a shooter or a passer, so if you are an elite player, I’ll have to balance your physical build with the attributes that your equipment also gives you).
For those of you who know the game: I intend to have the game speed at average to above average (I’ll make the call after a test sim), and I’ll have after whistle action on so that things can get a little chippier.
If you have a request for a team or a linemate, please note that either in your post below or in a PM to me. If users have ideas for more interesting matchups (s47 vs. s48 - s49 vs. s50, or BUF vs CHI, or historic rosters) let me know here or in PMs. Also, looking for team name suggestions depending on the roster layout.

*if spots arent filled by the end of the week I will fill in with popular users (with inexperienced players, so that it doesn't feel like you're getting whooped by an inactive). Also, there is nothing that says a defensive player cant line up at forward (or reverse), so some of the more defensively focused forwards might get shifted to D in interest of even playing time.
** Players that are in the J, I will attempt to spread evenly, or put together as a J team that will enter on its own and be the super underdogs.

After trying to do the first test sim last night, I've realized a crippling flaw in my plan: Hitz doesn't have an AI vs AI mode. Still figuring things out.
