The S61 SMJHL finals are upon us, and we will see the Newfoundland Berserkers face off against the Vancouver Whalers for the Four-Star Cup. As is tradition, these finals will come with a bunch of TPE available for you guys, in the form of Championship Week!

Here's how this will work: there are several tasks, each of which is worth varying amounts of TPE for putting in a little effort, for a maximum of 16 possible TPE total. You can complete them in any order and do as few or as many as you would like.

ONLY S61 SMJHL ROOKIES (S62 SHL DRAFTEES) CAN EARN TPE FOR CW TASKS. If you signed after the trade deadline and are going into the S62 SMJHL Draft, that's not you.

You may claim affiliation from an NSFL or PBE PT for 3 of your 16 TPE total.

Task 1 - Claim 3
This is a strange question to ask, because realistically there is no other team that I would like to play for, and I have committed my entire junior career to the Kelowna Knights. The one team that I would have considered playing on would be Great Falls who got eliminated in the same round as the Kelowna Knights did, but against the eventual 4 Star Cup Champs the Vancouver Whalers. Frederico Von Schnicktenburg is the ideal winger that Huber would love to play with as he is a high pace attacking minded player whereas Huber as a defensive first but play-making center. With the defensive responsibilities being taken, von Schnicktenburg has free reign to play his game and put up more points on the board than he already had. I'm not too sure how much of an impact overall though that Huber would have had though and realistically would not have played with von Schnicktenburg if Huber was on the Grizzlies.

Task 3 - Claim 2
The Kelowna Knights for their first home game of the playoffs decided to give out commemorative posters featuring rookie defenseman Ben Jammin. The text laid out on the posted says "We've Been Jamming with Ben Jammin". Jammin is shown wearing Rock N' Roll attire and the poster overall has a rock feel to it. The Knights only decided to print out and give away 3000 of these posters, which makes it one of their more exclusive commemorative items in recent years, which makes this a prime collectors item for the die hard Kelowna Knights fans and collectors, especially with the Jammin fans.

Task 8 - Claim 3
I cannot say that I was all too pleased with Aldo Huber's performance in the first 3/4 of the regular season. He was sitting on the 4th line with some not so good wingers and the corsi and fenwick ratings (which I really do not understand at all) and the OGR, DGR and in turn the GR were absolutely garbage. At the end of the season though he managed to move up to the 3rd line and picked up many more assists. Huber ended the season with 2 goals and 14 assists, a -8 +/-, only 4 PIMs and average time on ice being the lowest of the centers with 11:42. The blocks and hits were the lowest of the centers as well with 25 and 29 respectively. So overall this rookie season was one to forget, and I really do hope that he can go ahead and pick up the pace for the next season and solidify his place as a points getting in the SMJHL.

Task 11 - Claim 3
After being knocked out in 4 games by the Colorado Raptors, the young Swiss center Aldo Huber returned home to Zurich to spend the extended off-season. After spending the first couple of days hanging out with family and catching up with friends, he decided to go out and achieve a goal that he always wanted to achieve. A couple of years ago Huber attempted the climb to the summit of Matterhorn, but had to back out after one of his friends got injured during a short climb. This was the time for him and his best friend Karl to go about it. After 9 hours of non-stop climbing, the pair managed to summit the famous Toblerone mountain. As he took a picture of himself on the mountain, a duck flew overhead (it was actually just some bird of prey, but Huber is dumb as hell he doesn't know the difference) and he dropped his phone. Disappointed that he couldn't post the pictures for clout online, him and Karl made their way back down the mountain to prepare for the upcoming SHL draft.

Task 12 - Claim 3
The young Swiss center Aldo Huber surely will have flown under the radar for most scouts in the SHL during his rookie season. He is not the most skilled or flashy and surely not the smartest (his academics are atrocious and can he even read?) player on the ice at any time, but he does have heart and pure physical ability. At the beginning of the Knights season he was seen taking control of the 4th line, but eventually found himself promoted onto the teams 3rd line to finish out the regular season and into the playoffs. His offensive game in the early part of the season was near non existent, but as soon as he was placed with better wingers, his offense picked up. He finished the regular season with 2 goals and 14 assists, and got 2 goals and an assist in 8 games for the playoffs. He will never be a star in the SHL, but look forward to him grinding out and being a reliable center for the teams 4th line for the foreseeable future.

Task 1)  - 3 TPE  (171 words)

If I were to play for one of these teams it would be the Vancouver Whalers. While I wouldn't play much minutes in these playoffs unless the team is losing heavily (which they wont), but I would be the best bench guardian the team has ever seen. As I would be a backup on the team I wouldn't really influence the outcome of the series, but I would be there to cheer the team on. As both me and my wife her first player played for the Whalers in his SMJHL season (which was only 1 season but still), I still feel this would be the perfect selection out of these two teams. I still think it would improve their chances on the cup, as Montagne would help keeping Karsikko sharp, as now he has a better goalie behind him then a 155 tpe inactive. He will not be allowed to slip up or he could lose his spot, which would definitly not happen with inactives Larsson and Parker behind him.

Task 10 - 3 TPE (165 words)

The Regina Elk did make the playoffs in their first season, but it ended up being a sweep. Being a young team we know we would have our struggles, but we always kept hope for winning that first game. So for next season, we will indeed have to look towards our next steps, unfortunately we will lose big time players like Ramza and I think Speedwagon as well, so next season we might have less top level talent, but our rookies all kept earning as much as they could to help us grow and improve our chances.

We're going into the season with new management, so here's hoping we will actually have someone sim testing for the playoffs, as our tactics did not change after each loss to Kelowna. The Elk still have a long way to go, but which expansion team doesn't. The future is bright for the Regina Elk, as long as they stay together and work hard, then their time will come

Task 12 - 3 TPE (179 words)
Rebecca Montagne's star seems to be rising getting closer to the draft. The young goaltender was not eligible yet for team DACH in the World Juniors as she was getting lit up by some of her future teammates. Playing on a team full of youngsters was hard as their was little to no defense to protect her. How different does it look now that she played a preseason game for Switzerland. Facing top level players from Austria, she managed to get the win for Switzerland, so while she is getting destroyed on junior level, she is proving what she can do when playing with better players in front of her. While it's still unlikely that she will be in the first round of the draft due to not many teams needing a goalie, we do see her going early second round.

Her flamboyant style in net based on her positioning and reflexes will proof to be a great addition to any SHL team that needs a future starter, the sky does not seem to be the limit for her.

Task 13 b (110 words) - 1 tpe
The Newfoundland Berserkers are no longer able to turn it around against the Vancouver Whalers, the Whalers were just too much of a powerhouse this season. I don't think they could have stopped them no matter what they tried, I think I even predicted Vancouver to win it all, so the fact that the series wasn't as exciting as people hoped for, might be the best for me as a player. In order to have shutdown these Whalers you really needed some more sim luck as they just seem impossible to beat, it isn't for a reason that I rather be benched against them, then have them destroy my stats.

Task #3 - 2 TPE

Your team is giving back to their supporters by holding a fan appreciation day for one of their games, where the team will hand out a special commemorative item to show thanks for their continued support of the franchise. You have been tasked to design the product to be given out to the attendees (can be a rally towel, foam finger, bobble head, etc.)
-- The Newfoundland Berserkers gave out rally towels during the first home game of the Finals, along with shirts that read "Save Whale" for some reason across them. These towels had the word "Sad" written across them in bold, block letters, along with a picture of a dog with a wig on it. The green and blue t-shirts seemed like a strange idea at the time, but what was even stranger was that the Berserkers logo was nowhere to be seen on them - instead, a small frog was holding a sign with the words on them. All in all, the audience was confused, but it motivated the players to play their hearts out - regardless of outcome. (Words: 115)

Task #5 - 3 TPE

Professional hockey players are among the luckiest members of a community, but not everyone is given the same opportunities. As such, many players are expected to give back to the community by volunteering their time and energy off the ice with various charitable organizations. Either write about a charity or event that your player helped out with, or create a flyer or invitation for your event, including team logo, a photo of your player render, and the charity/charities being supported by the event.

-- Tommy Tightpants was seen recently handing out food in his home town before the start of the SMJHL Finals. He was in an unassuming hoodie and sweatpants, and it seems like he was trying to keep a low profile. We managed to talk with him afterwards, but he seemed skittish and like he didn't want to be seen talking to the press. When asked what he was doing, he replied that he felt it was important to help those who needed it, no matter the personal cost. With the upcoming Canadian holiday of Thanksgiving, he wanted to make sure that people didn't go hungry. When asked why he didn't want to be seen in Montreal leading up to the Four Star Cup, the winger scoffed at the reporter, and walked away. After trying to follow up to that question with another, Mr. Tightpants refused to speak any further, and ducked back into the food bank he was working at. Despite our best efforts, the on-site reporter who was there could not locate him any further. (Words: 175)

Task #6 - 3 TPE

Make a dream team of players from the two teams in the four star cup finals (3F, 2D, 1G), and give a small explanation for each pick. Alternatively, make a graphic displaying your dream team.

-- My dream team in the finals would consist of a good mix of players from both teams. At RW, we've got Evil Allbran, a stellar player for Newfoundland and electric through both the regular season and the playoffs leading up to the Four Star Cup Finals. At C, who else but Robert Black, the runner up in points scored during the season and the assist leader; with him at Centre, the puck should be flying around the floor. At LW, we've got Lev Lebedev, 3rd in points scored this season, and a threat to score from anywhere - having Black passing to him should be a boon. On defence, we're running with a pair of Berserkers in Mikko Rashford at left and NeverBrokeAgain YoungBoy at right. The two players have been going absolutely ballistic here in the postseason, along with strong finishes to the regular season, and are constant offensive threats. In goal, we can't go with anyone other than Evgeni Petrov of Newfoundland, who had a monstrous regular season to go along with a stellar post season. (Words: 177)

Task #8 - 3 TPE

You just played out your very first season in the SMJHL to start a new chapter in your career. Overall, how would you say you performed in your rookie season? Did you meet expectations you set for yourself individually? What do you need to improve on for next season?

-- I would say that I met most of the expectations I set for myself. I wanted to keep on top of my training and on making sure I was improving as the season progressed, and I'm proud of how my personal season ended. Overall, I'm looking to become a greater asset to the team, and to continue to progress into the player I know I can be. For a rookie season, I was really proud of my point total and my assist numbers, and I'll be looking to build on both of those next year as we can hopefully lead Newfoundland back to another Four Star Cup Final - this time with different results. I can definitely improve on defence, and I don't want to give away the puck as often as I did this year, so working on my stick skills is a must.  I'd also love to use the offseason to get in a bit better shape all things considered - I could really feel the rookie wall hit me late in the season. (Words: 174)

Task #14 - Latecomer Special - 2-3 TPE

So I see you waited until the end of the finals to complete your tasks! Well congrats to [TEAM] on winning the Four-Star! Reflecting back on the series, what were the keys to [TEAM] taking the finals? Name 3 key points that resulted in the series playing out the way it did.

--Three key points to the Whalers winning the Finals: 1) Defensive lockdown 2) Maintain Good Rhythm 3) Play as a Team. If they followed this seemingly simple but difficult to execute game plan, then Vancouver could beat... well, anyone. During the finals, they executed all three of these flawlessly, locking down some of the primary attacking options for Newfoundland, maintained exceptional rhythm on offence and never fully fell out of any game (allowing the sweep as NL's rookies got gassed), and were always looking for the extra pass, setting up most of their goals off assists. Congrats Vancouver, we'll see you next year. (Words: 103)

Task #1 - 3 TPE

Well obviously I think everyone ought to pick one of the two teams in the finals. Of those, I think I like the Vancouver Whalers better. It's just a cooler name and logo I think. To be honest, I don't really know either team's GMs, so that isn't really a factor in my choice. I see the Whalers have some names that I recognize on them. Maybe I could replace Conner Tanner on defense, since that is the position I play myself. I am not sure my player is any better yet, but I think I could still help the team work well. I might be able to play with Ben Dover as a defense team, who is someone I know from another league. On the other team, I could play with Bauer so that could also be really cool. Either way, I hope that it will be a good finals and I am sad I am not playing in it.

Task #8 - 3 TPE

My rookie season was difficult. I was not necessarily happy with how I always played but new careers are always a tough thing to start. You are so low on TPE and it's often best to just balance your build out and get everything kinda up to a regular amount. There is a lot I can improve but I think talking to my future GM first is a big factor in that, once the draft happens and is over. I think it's crucial that I have good input in that. But most likely I think the next step will be that I should improve some specific stats to higher ratings. I think the balanced build can only really get you so far, but then knowing which ratings I should really focus on and specialize in is a really important balance. I am really excited for the draft and to be able to start the process of improving and hopefully next season will already be better.

Task #12 - 3 TPE

There are many great players in this upcoming S62 SHL draft class. Especially early on, the class is very very close heading into the draft. Famous users at the top with Durden, G2019 and Symmetrik will likely lead the way. But lower down we also find some big names, in JayWhy, unconfident and FourFour. Also in the mix are a few big names from the PBE like GM Philliesphan96. But the name we want to focus on today is Wendolene Ramsbottom, the player by JuOSu. Ramsbottom is a defender who has a very very balanced approach so far. There is a lot to like about the potential of Ramsbottom who just needs to improve further and might become a fierce defender in the league. As a defender, Ramsbottom is already very good in the physical parts of the game, such as speed and balance and strength. On defense, Wendolene also stands out and impresses. Offensively there is more to be wishes for for now, but over time I think Ramsbottom will be able to improve in that category too.

Task #13 - 2 TPE

A. I think the best name in this series is Bauer's player who is called SD Core. I just think it's a really funny name cause it's based on his friend and obviously it is very funny. Cracked me up during the stream. I think he has the best name in the entire league, not just this series.
D. For the Vancouver Whalers, Lev Lebedev is the clear leader. With 75 points, Lebedev was third in the league in points. Robert Sunfish was their next best player at 61. For the Newfoundland Berserkers, Robert Black was second in the league in points with 81, followed by Maxwell King at 64. Both teams have good depth as well, but their stars brought them to the finals for sure.

If I weren't playing for the Anaheim Outlaws, I would want to be on the Vancouver Whalers. (Speaking as Borje) My agent, previously had a client who played on the Whalers back in the day, you may have heard of him, Herb Robert. Upon speaking to him, all I ever heard was good stuff about the Whalers. The staff, the team, the culture, the city. it all sounded great! It doesn't hurt that the team is very strong as well. I believe I'd slot in on the 3rd defensive pair, being a first-year defenceman. However, I feel like my offensive skills could see me jump up into the second pairing next season if I were on the team. With the passing and offensive vision that I possess, I believe the Whalers could be an even more formidable team than it already is. Hard to say you'll make a team on the cusp of winning the Four Star Cup better, but I believe I can do that.

One of the coolest things about being in the SMJHL is that I'm in an opportunity to give back to the community. I recognize that I've always been in a position of privilege, so to be able to give back is amazing. One of my favourite charities is actually the Tim Bergling Foundation, which was founded after the late Avicii. While it may sound a bit odd, to support a random musician's charity, the organization's values are very well aligned with mine. It advocates for mental health awareness and supports science-based organizations which are engaged in research and preventative works in that area. In addition, the foundation specifies climate change, global hunger, and preservation of wildlife and endangered species as priorities. If I could, I would dedicate my free time before the game to meet with fans and speak about the good things that the foundation tries to do. I would also help provide funding for some tshirts and other goodies that fans can get in exchange for donations and the such.

This offseason, I'm going to relax. Of course, there's a lot of prep that needs to be done before the SHL Entry Draft. However, after a fairly successful first season in the juniors, I think it's time to lay back a bit. I'm very familiar with the SHL and how it runs, I also know that I'll be back in the juniors for the next two seasons or so. So, I'm not in any rush. I'm also not going to approach any SHL teams. I think it'll be a lot more fun if they come to me. I also like the surprise with the draft, not knowing where I'll land. In terms of improving my player, I'll be working out and trying to get all my improvements in. I'm still working on my defence a bit, but I'll soon be shifting to a pure offensive player. I'm looking forward to it.

Write a pre-draft scout report on your player from the perspective of a journalist covering the prospects of the S61 draft class. What do possible SHL suitors have to be excited (or perhaps wary?) about when it comes to potentially drafting your player?
Borje Samuelsson is an outstanding offensive defenceman. Once he got his bearings in the SMJHL, Samuelsson was able to stay atop many of the important offensive statistical categories on Anaheim. He is a very athletic player with a large frame. Don't expect him to be knocked off the puck very often. Samuelsson has tremendous offensive awareness and can pick out teammates for a timely pass from anywhere on the ice. It's tough to know just how good he actually is, given the lack of team success that Anaheim achieved this season. However, if he continues on this path, he has all of the makings to be an excellent player. Samuelsson also comes with a lot of experience, for his young age. His agent has previously worked with two successful players in the past, including an SHL hall of famer. I expect Borje Samuelsson to make an appearance in the SHL in the next two to three seasons, perhaps making an impact in another season after.

Honestly, I don't really like either name. For one, a whaler. Is that someone that hunts whales? Like Captain Ahab? But even worse, what is a Berserker? I know going berserk means to go crazy or something...anyway. Both are strange in their own way. However, I don't know of any other Berserkers in the world so they'll have to win my vote for better name in this series.

Then additionally to help accompany the Noodles, every fan adult and child alike would get their own 325ml bottle of Captain Jarrow's Original Spiced Rum. They of course would be in plastic bottles and not glass because I am concerned with fan safety.

Lastly each person would also get their own Montreal steak spice as nobody should ever be without it.

As far as the game, I likely would choose the one before the Christmas break so everyone has a really merry time.

Although most people wouldn't know it, there is one cause that is the most dearest to Spack Jarrow. That is the well-being of sea turtles. It was many summers ago when a couple of turtles helped Spack escape from a... well that story doesn't matter, it is the turtles who do matter though. We should focus on them.

When news broke of a giant oil spill off the coast of <literally pick any coastal country on planet earth and this applies>, Spack drove straight to the airport and reserved a flight to the scene in hopes to minimize the damage done to these wonderful creatures. Once he landed, he didn't even go to his hotel, instead he went to the oil covered beach and set up cleaning stations where he and volunteers spent the next 9 hours cleaning the newly hatched turtles. They returned the next 3 days working tirelessly to make sure that they could save as many as possible.

After their bath and checkup, the little guys are taken to a new spot on the other side of the coast where they can continue the original journey they had set out upon.

How would round 1 have gone down if the team matchups had been different? Which teams would be advancing to round 2? Would it have been more evenly matched? Less? (If you're on a team that had a round 1 bye, you can talk about round 2 instead)
Requirements: 150+ words.

My team, the Anchorage Armada, did OK against the Anaheim Outlaws. We won 4 games to 2 but our losses were both in overtime. I wrote an article before the playoffs comparing each 1st round matchup to see how Anchorage did and of the teams most likely, the Anaheim team was our toughest competition in the regular season from those teams. So I think we would have done well no matter who we faced in the first round of the 3/4 teams that were competing for that spot against us.

If you are talking about swapping opponents with other playoff teams then that is different. I think of the 1st round teams who made the playoffs, the Quebec City Citadelles would have given us the most difficult time getting to round 2 as we had some tough matchups against them I think. No offence to the rest of the first round teams but I believe we played well against them and would have advanced to the next round although it would take seven games for a few teams.

You just played out your very first season in the SMJHL to start a new chapter in your career. Overall, how would you say you performed in your rookie season? Did you meet expectations you set for yourself individually? What do you need to improve on for next season?
Requirements: 150+ words.

I originally just wanted to be drafted as my main goal with a stretch goal of being in the 1st round. Thanks to the Anchorage Armada team, they made my stretch goal a reality by drafting my 13th overall. So that started my career off well. The next goal of the season was just to get my feet wet, learn the ropes and just hope that my presence is a positive one on the team. My stretch goal for the season as it was going on was getting .5ppg. Well I think I was a positive addition to my team so I hope I hit my goals there. Unfortunately my stretch goal fell just short as I finished with 32 points in 66 games... ONE POINT SHORT! So close.

Next season improvements is probably just getting to know my teammates a bit better. The seasons go by fast and it takes time to really get to know everyone especially with the different usernames and discord names but I'm slowly getting there. Adding another potential locker room to the mix will be nice to expand the people I interact with on the site. As far as my player goes... I think maybe improve my hitting if I plan on being a more defensive-forward prototype and maybe my strength as well a tad. We'll see what coach wants!

Which series of these playoffs up until the finals has been the best / most thrilling and why? Write a short recap of which series you personally enjoyed the best and talk about the key points of the series, along with what ultimately led to the final result of it.
Requirements: 100+ words.

I was busy during the days when the sims were taking place for a lot of the playoffs so a lot of what I saw was from looking at the SMJHL index and wasn't really able to follow the individual achievements. But from a distant view, you have to go with the only playoff series that went the whole way. Game 7, St. Louis Scarecrow vs. Great Falls Grizzlies.

Anytime a series takes all seven games, it is a good one and this one was no different. The first game was a barn burner with a 7 to 5 Grizzlies win with the very next game being a close fought defensive 2 to 1 game that the Scarecrow came away from as winners. This series has both offense and defense. Then the Scarecrows continue to shut down the Grizzlies with a 3 to 0 shutout performance. Then they go up 3 - 1 in the series by taking the next game 5 to 3.

With their backs up against the wall the Grizzlies needed to figure something out and boy they did with a 4 to 3 win in overtime as they staved off elimination. But they needed to do it again, could they? Yes they win another tightly battled game 2 to 1.

Now... game seven. The momentum of the series was just too much for St. Louis. That overtime loss, the next close loss, they tried but the Grizzlies were rolling with excitement and won 5 to 0. What a series. Great work both teams and so close for St. Louis.

If I were to be on a different team from the team I am currently on I would choose the Colorado Raptors. I would not get many minutes with Zhen Roza as goalie or maybe he slips up and I get put in but I doubt that will happen. I would the best backup goalie for the team, supporting them through out the entire playoffs. Getting them hyped up and exctied to move on to the next round. This would improve our chances to wining the cup and with me keeping Zhen sharp through out the playoffs and not letting him get down after losing a game. Helping him out, while he helps me be a better goalie too. Now that he has a better backup, I doubt it but if Zhen slips up, I could be in net and taking the job. I think this improves our chances of winning the cup.

Task #3 - 2 TPE - 112 words
The scarecrows gave it out during our first home playoff game and we gave out scarecrow bobble heads to the first 2,000 fans that showed up to the playoff game, it had a scarecrow as the head and then the jersey for the body with different player names on the back and on the front it has our logo and then at the bottom it says S61 Playoffs. With our logo under the bobble head again. Fans will able to choose which player of bobble head they want, while supplies last. It was a great game as we won, so I am sure fans were happy with their limtied edition bobble heads.

My first season as a goalie, I did pretty well, I had the best save percentage in the league with a 0.927 and top 10 in GAA. I started off with a 6-0-0 record and eventually ended with a record of 10-8-3. So, I was in the postives for wins over losses, some games there was nothing more I could do, but I did my best night in and night out. I think I exceeded expections and surpised some people how good I am, next season will be even better as I improve my skills and get better. So, I was even surpised how well I did, I did not expect to be a top in save percenatge and in the top 10 of GAA. I think I performed amazingly and I will get better and better as each season comes by and hoping to win the cup for my team. Watch out for me next season, I could surprise you

Task #9 - 2 TPE - 132 words
This may be a bit bias, but I think the best game so far was the Saint Louis Scarecrows v Great Fall Grizzles. Not only this series go to seven games, it was intense with every game that was played, Grizzles won the first game, it was quick simmed by accident but thats fine as accidents happen. Then the Scarecrows took a commanding 3-1 lead in the first round, everybody thought it was over that the Scarecrows would win it and advance to the next round, but then Grizzles won the next game making the series 3-2, then they forced a game 7 by winning the next game making it 3-3, then in the final game the Grizzles took it winning the series 4-3. It was intense through out the entire series.

Task #10 3 TPE - 155
So, it was a tough first series we lost 4-3 to the Grizzles. Now we look to the future of the team and winning the cup next season. The scarecrows have the 6th pick in the draft now we can get some real talent with that pick to add to our team and that extar depth to help us win the cup. I have been talking with my GM about how to get better as a goalie. What to work and focus on. I am exctied for this season, I had the best save percentage in the league with a .927 and top 10 in GAA, granted I didn't play many games this season as other goalies. but its excting to be high in stats. My teamates and I our improving eachother every day this offseason and we are excited for next season as I think we will have a real shot at the cup.

3) Management told us players that we got to choose when a fan appreciation day was, and that we could have multiple because of how much support (and ticket money) the fans were giving us, especially the new rookies. I picked a game in the middle of the year to let the others get the first/last game of the year. I chose the 4th game of the season series against Kelowna, in hopes to get the fans happy and use their support to beat a team that we previously struggled with. I decided to do things a little different than others, and gave out both some pucks with our team's logo on them, and gave out free tickets for a raffle. The raffle was funded by Ham and I, each putting in $5k. The raffle rules were that you got $5k and got to choose a charity to send the other $5k. The raffle winner was shown at the end of the game to incentivize people to stay and watch the 3 stars, and some of the fun events we did after each game. It was shown after the shootout, where we tied our season series against Kelowna. The winner was a man named Craig Smith, and he chose to donate all $10k to the Central Newfoundland Regional health centre to help handle the pandemic. 225 words

5) Ham came into the locker room and told us about an animal rescue that was going on in Abbotsford, just a half hour drive from our hotel in Vancouver during the 5th game of our season series. The standings were tight, the locker room was tense and it sounded like a good escape from the self doubt and lack of confidence (we lost our last game vs Vancouver 3-2). Mikko booked it straight for the cats, and I stayed around the puppies. Over the course of the day every Zerk was at the event, and we were able to find new homes for 186 animals, including the puppy I picked up for myself, and his new name is Jason. I brought Jason in to the room the next night before our important game against Vancouver, and combining the happy vibe from the previous day and Jason giving puppy eyes to people, it completely changed the feeling in the air. We felt full of confidence, and played with little error in our game, and toppled the giants in Vancouver 4-2. 179 words

8) Jeff was drafted 28th overall, and my #1 motivation was to prove the GMs wrong for not drafting me, and sure enough on Grapehead's rankings I placed 4th and 6th in the 1st and 2nd Grapehead scouting rankings respectively. My on ice performance was better than I first expected (a 0.33ppg), but came short of beating Ignaz Pleyel in the points race and fell 2 points short of the 0.5ppg that I wanted near the end. Going forward, the hope is for 0.75ppg next season with a 350 build, but I will change my expectations as the season goes on. The expectation I and the Zerk squad have is to be competitive this year and play to the standard the vets leaving us this offseason have set for this organization. The level of play the Zerks will roll out next year will certainly lie on the new S63 players as well as the now-sophomores of the organization, but no matter where we land in the standings we will be hard to play against and will play our best game every single game of the season and make our vets in the LR proud. 193 words

12) "When I look at Jeff Larsson, I see potential for a star player, the face of a franchise. He works hard, you can see it in every shift, every move he makes. He is the leading-by-example type of guy, a man who works hard in practice just as hard as in games. Any team would be lucky to have him on the team, and that's a note for SHL teams in this upcoming draft. This is a guy who makes the guys around him better, and is ready to play and doesn't crack under pressure. His playstyle is offensive based, but not too weak defensively meaning he can play all situations. The weakness in his game is probably his mentality, he isn't the type that wants to block shots even though he has the drive and willingness to win, he doesn't want to sacrifice the body. He's more of a quiet skilled superstar like a Sedin, that doesn't quite react aggressively at the highest level like he does with his friends in practice or beer league. It's understandable but sometimes you have to deliver some blows back and Larsson isn't that guy anymore. 193 words

b) They got goalie'd in game 1 and almost took game 2, they just need to score when it counts and clear the zone. Their possession hasn't been great and even when it's tied the game still looks lopsided. They need defense, and not just from the D but from the forwards too. 52 words

c) QCC scored, on average, 4 goals per game against NL. Scoring wasn't the issue, and it certainly wasn't Nor Dekes. The team's ability to play defense wasn't good enough and combined with lack of scoring down to the wire they didn't have what it takes. Colorado just got unlucky and were on the wrong side of the bracket, but if they were to beat Vancouver they would've needed to beat Vancouver in that OT frame and capitalize on the small mistakes that Vancouver makes, as waiting for a perfect chance isn't how you beat the best of the best. 99 words

d) The key player for the Zerks was Robert Black. The man had more points/60 than Greyson cooper, and is a candidate for league's most valuable player going into the awards show. Aside from getting the 2nd most points in the FHM era, he did it playing less than 17 minutes a game and played quite well defensively. 58 words

My dream team for the two teams in the Four Star Cup finals for S61 between the Newfoundland Berserkers and the Vancouver Whalers would be as followed:

F - Robert Black  Berserkers

He has been a beast for the  Berserkers the whole regular season and has continued his play into the playoffs with 11 points in 12 games played (as of this post).

F - Evil AllBran  Berserkers

With a name like that how can I not include him in my dream team. It also helps that AllBran has the same production rate as Robert Black with 11 points in 12 games as well.

F - Lev Lebdev  Whalers

Lev has been a beast these playoffs and leads the Whalers with 14 points in 12 playoff games and rounds out the forward group for my dream team.

D - Mikko Rashford  Berserkers

Who would've thought a rookie would be leading the team in the playoff points but here we are with Rashford and that is why he is on my dream team roster.

D - NeverBrokeAgain YoungBoy  Whalers

Similar to Evil AllBran, what a name and I just had to include them in my team! YoungBoy also averages 24 minutes these playoffs and will be a stud on the blue line.

G - Olof Karsikko  Whalers

Olof has an impressive 10-2 record these playoffs with a 2.55 GA and a 0.916 SV %.

Requirements: 150+ words.

My first season in the J went way better than what I initially expected when becoming a member of the Kelowna Knights We were expected to be a basement team struggling the whole season and not even make the playoffs. Although we did struggle out of the gate a bit, as the season progressed we saw our team improving and our chemistry getting stronger. We finished 3rd in our division and swept our 1st round playoff matchup against the newly formed Regina Elk However, we got a taste of our own medicine in the next round where we got swept by the Colorado Raptors (we shall look to exact revenge on the raptors next season).

Personally for Ben Jammin I scored 11 goals, 19 assists which equaled 30 points in my rookie season for a defensemen. The one stat I never saw myself leading the team would be in PIM's! I had 52 PIM's during the regular season and 2nd on the team only had 27 PIM's. I definitely need to more disciplined next season as I am better on the ice rather than being in the penalty box.

Our team is heading in the right direction and hopefully we can make a deeper playoff run in S62!

So your team just got eliminated these playoffs, and have to look forward to next season where hopefully things go differently. What does your team have to be excited about for next season, where they'll have another go at the coveted 4-star cup?
Requirements: 150+ words.

After being eliminated from the S61 playoffs at the hands of the Colorado Raptors we knew we exceeded expectations this whole season by advancing past the 1st round of the playoffs. But being ousted in the playoffs is never a good feeling and we all needed a bit of R & R to decompress after a grueling hockey season. Our team was expected to be a contending team in 2-3 years after S61 and the fact we had the 7th best regular season record out of 14 teams shows we were on the right direction for that.

We have a good top 4 D and with me and Christian Kinsinger about to reach the 350 TPE cap around the start of next season, our blue line will be a formidable force that opposing teams will have to face every night.

Hopefully the new rookies that come into our roster will give us new energy and motivation to keep pushing ourselves every game to let us move in the direction of our ultimate goal in capturing the 4-Star cup. I wouldn't mind if we could face the Raptors again in the playoffs so we can exact some sweet revenge for what they did to us.

Answer up to 4 of these prompts, each one being worth 1 TPE for 50+ words each.
A. Which player from either team has the best name in this series (just the name itself, nothing to do with the player themselves).
B. The NEwfoundland Berserkers have lost the opening two games of this series. How can they turn it around?
C. You're in another timeline where Quebec and Colorado are the two cup finalists. What went right for them in this timeline's playoffs compared to ours where they lost in the semi finals?
D. We've been talking about the playoffs, but it's performance throughout the season that helped get our finalists into the playoffs. Who was the key player to success for either team (or both) during the regular season and why?

A. The best player name in the finals would have to be NeverBrokeAgain YoungBoy from the Vancouver Whalers That sounds like a musician's name and not someone who plays hockey would be called, but it is 2021 and we have seen crazier things in the world. YoungBoy is no joke on the ice though by producing 11 points in 12 playoff games as of this post.

(65 words)

B. Newfoundland has had some terrible luck these first two games against the Whalers and it easily could have been 2-0 in favour of NL. Both games were only decided by one goal so it is not like that NL has been completely outplayed so far. NL just needs to keep at it and hopefully the puck luck can be in their favour.

(62 words)

C. In this alternate universe where we have the QCC  Citadelles and the Colorado Raptors in the finals. These two teams dominated the first two rounds of the playoffs. But in the conference finals they had to face against the cream of the crop with the Berserkers and the Whalers . QCC defeated the Berserkers in 6 games in this timeline while the Raptors won their matchup with the Whalers in 7 games. QCC and COL had stellar defence and goaltending these games and that is what propelled them to the finals.

(90 words)

D. The key player for the NL Berserkers during the regular season was F - Robert Black as he produced an impressive 81 points with 25 goals and a whopping 56 assists during regular season play. The 2nd highest scorer on NL was Maxwell King with 64 points. For Vancouver their key player during the regular season was F - Lev Lebdev with 75 points during the regular campaign. Robert Black and Lev Lebdev were the key players of their respective teams that allowed them to dominate the regular season in S61.

If I wasn't playing for the Anchorage Armada (God Forbid), I probably would have signed the Beserkers if I recall correctly.  Its funny looking back on that now because that was the team that knocked us out of the playoffs in a 4 game sweep, so I'm curious what would have happened if I had been on the other side.  I think I'd probably be on the 2nd line defense, but maybe even third to be honest as they are a pretty loaded team.  During the regular season, despite being a rookie, a posted a pretty solid 39 points with 30+ assists.  I like to think that if I had been on Newfoundland this season its possible that number might be even higher! Currently NL is getting throttled in the finals by a really good Vancouver team and I highly doubt that my player would bring enough offensive game to the table to make much of a difference in the outcome but I suppose its possible.  At the end of the day though, theres no other team I'd rather play for than Anchorage, I feel 100 percent confident I made the right decision, and I'm excited for what the future holds there!

Honestly, I think I had a pretty damn successful rookie campaign.  I came into this league not knowing what to expect as I signed up just after the draft.  I was flooded with dms from GMs trying to sign me and I didn't really know what to do with it.  I was worried I was going to flame out and be a real bummer of a signing.  But in the end, I have basically been a max earner, and have apparently built my player pretty succesfully as I have been one of the premier offensive Dmen in the league, especially if you just look at the rookie class. 39 points is nothing to sneeze at!  Before next season, I really think I need to work on starting to add some more shot accuracy to my game.  I take a TON of shots for my team but have rarely been able to put them inthe back of the net.  If I could even add 5 goals to my total from this year for next season, I think this team will really benefit.  As far as my expectations, I don't think I had many beyond, do my PTs and earn some cash, continue to build my player, and make a name for myself in the league. All of which I feel I've done.

This has been a playoffs full of one-sided playoff series'.  So far, only 1 series has gone to 7 games, and only 3 series have even gone to 6 games. So with that being said, my answer is going to be a little out of the ordinary as it was a 4-0 sweep.  However, if you really break down the series game by game you'll see what I mean.  The 2nd round matchup between Newfoundland and Anchorage was really intense.  In a 4 game series, 3 of the matchups were not only 1 goal games but also went to overtime.  Unfortunately for my team we lost them all, but this series was on a knife edge nearly every game and if we had just had a bounce or two our way in the OT periods, it could have been totally different!

Currently I'm spending my offseason trying to get better and better each day.  Collecting as much TEEP as possible so that I can try and catch up with some of the other draftees.  I got started a little later than most and despite the catch-up TPE, I'm still really struggling to match the total numbers of those people that joined a few weeks before.

In addition to trying to make my player better, I've had quite a few meaningful conversations with SHL GMs from around the league.  In my conversations with them I'm trying to get across my desire to play for a winner, but also build something special from the ground up.  I realize it'll take a while for me to contribute but my hope is to make some good connections with GMs who might feel like I'm a solid fit for their franchise.

Other than working out and networking out (kek), I've honestly just spent a lot of time hanging out in the locker room with the boys. We've got a special group and despite a few players being about to move on for good, I believe we have a quality core to get Anchorage back into the mix in the next couple of seasons.

Forward 1 : Lev Lebedev from the Vancouver Whalers
Pretty solid forward, one of the best offensively with 14 points in 12 games. Not too insane defensively but we'll get other people to fix that.

Forward 2 : Videl Valor from the Vancouver Whalers.
And that's who will make up for Lebedev's lack of defense. Valor has one of the best +/-, and has 16 blocked shots, which is pretty impressive for a forward.

Forward 3 : Evil AllBran from the Newfoundland Berserkers
Very good two-way forward, not afraid to use the body with 23 hits already, but also pretty good at offense with 11 points.

Defenseman 1 : Mikko Rashford from the Newfoundland Berserkers.
Easy choice here, a new rookie already tearing it in the playoffs, tied for most goals in the playoffs across all players, as a defenseman playing under 20 minutes a game on average. He's easily going to be one of the best offensive defenseman in the future.

Defenseman 2 : NeverBrokeAgain YoungBoy from the Vancouver Whalers.
Pretty solid two-way defenseman, pretty good playmaker with 9 assists, best among defensemen, pretty good game ratings, and can be on the ice for extended amounts of time.

Goalie : Olof Karsikko from the Vancouver Whalers.
Very solid goalkeeper, with 2 shutouts in the playoffs. Both him and Petrov of NL were solid picks, but I feel like Karsikko is a very solid goalkeeper, after watching him saving 20 rebounds against Colorado in one highlight.

You just played out your very first season in the SMJHL to start a new chapter in your career. Overall, how would you say you performed in your rookie season? Did you meet expectations you set for yourself individually? What do you need to improve on for next season?
Requirements: 150+ words.

Paul Koivu actually had a pretty bad rookie season overall, at least for a second overall pick, that the Anchorage Armada had to trade up to get. The Armada fans are very justified to be disappointed in the Anchorage management, because they don't really feel that pick was justified, on top of trading away potential good assets. Paul Koivu ended his first season with 9 goals and 16 assists for 25 points, in 66 games, playing 15 minutes and 52 seconds on average each game. He had a strong first game with a goal and an assist, giving him the first star. But then, he went on to not score any points for a solid 30 games. He then had a decent second half of the season, but not enough to salvage the first half. Next season, Paul Koivu will need to work on his consistency. He's capable offensively, but he's not consistent enough to do it all season long. Next season HAS to be better for him.

So your team just got eliminated these playoffs, and have to look forward to next season where hopefully things go differently. What does your team have to be excited about for next season, where they'll have another go at the coveted 4-star cup?
Requirements: 150+ words.

Next season might be difficult again for Anchorage, as they are losing several of their core players, like Cole Carter, Valdis Vējonis, and Jay Sink, and they didn't really have the biggest of draft last season to replace them, only having really Koivu (terrible bust by the way), Spack Jarrow and Cup Noodle to replace them. Anchorage really needs a good draft this season if they want to get back to their old glory days, they need new blood to replace all of these old players getting called up to their teams. I don't think fans can realistically expect too much from that team, but Anchorage should have about the same season as last season if they don't lose too much to callups and they have a decent draft with good players for the future. I don't think they'll get any further in the playoffs though, because other teams will be stronger for sure. Next season will have to be just a transition season for the Armada.

It's officially the offseason. Whether you just won the cup or didn't even make it past the first round of the playoffs, it's time to take a break and look toward the SHL draft. In 150+ words, tell us how you're spending your time this offseason.
Requirements: 150+ words.

The draft is a very stressful event for Paul Koivu. In the SMJHL draft, all stress was removed when the Anchorage general manager at the time Gabriel Johnson told him Anchorage was trading up to second overall to grab him. But this time around, with not much time left, Koivu has absolutely no information or hints this time around. Only a handful of team scouted him up to now, and no one is giving him any clues as to what teams are thinking about him. All Koivu can do at this point, now that the season is over and he's already shown what he's capable of, all he can do is focus on his training in Anchorage and look forward to the next season. His SHL time is still pretty far away regardless of what happens in the draft, and things can even change after said draft, so he can't be too disturbed by that, he needs to stay focused on his game.

Answer up to 4 of these prompts, each one being worth 1 TPE for 50+ words each.
A. Which player from either team has the best name in this series (just the name itself, nothing to do with the player themselves).

I will go with Slavakov Vladimirashenko. Just such an original name, I don't think I've ever seen another player with a similar name, both the first name and the last name are pretty cool. It also rolls off the tongue pretty easily, for a name that isn't in my native tongue at all.
(53 words)

B. The NEwfoundland Berserkers have lost the opening two games of this series. How can they turn it around?

I mean the Habs were down 3 to 1. You only need to win 4 games to win the cup, doesn't matter how much the other team has. They just have to focus on their game, play game by game, and don't cave in to the pressure. They're totally capable of beating the Whalers on paper, now they just need to do it.
(63 words)

C. You're in another timeline where Quebec and Colorado are the two cup finalists. What went right for them in this timeline's playoffs compared to ours where they lost in the semi finals?

I think both team would have been capable of being in the finals with a little more luck. For Colorado, they were unlucky that the Whalers' goalkeeper was an absolute wall. Whatever they sent at him, he would just stop it. I think it got into their head and they couldn't make good plays anymore. For Quebec, they had the good goalkeeper, but they just couldn't put it in the net. A goalkeeper alone can't push their team to the finals.
(81 words)

D. We've been talking about the playoffs, but it's performance throughout the season that helped get our finalists into the playoffs. Who was the key player to success for either team (or both) during the regular season and why?

For NL, it was Robert Black. He was second in the entire league in points, leading his next teammate by 17. He was all over the place on offense, and they couldn't have made it here without him. For Vancouver it absolutely is Olof Karsikko. He was very solid all season, with 8 shutouts, a very good GAA and Save%. One of the best goalies to have ever played in the SMJHL.

Requirements: 150+ words.
I think I had a silent first season. Statistically I performed middle of the pack for defenseman, but some of that has to do with COL bringing the young guys along slowly. While other teams had to thrust their rookies into big roles I got to play behind and learn from some great veterans. I didn't make mistakes when it mattered the most. People like Hans Graf and Angus McFife were able to mentor me which will tremendously improve my career in the long run. I think in general I met my expectations. I would love to have had more goals, hits, blocked shots but, it will come with time. In 66 games I had 5 goals, 19 assists for 24 points. Which for a bottom line rookie is fairly good. 36 hits and 64 blocked shots is kind of low though. I do hope that gets better in the coming seasons. Averaging less than one per game is pretty bad for a guy who is supposed to stop the opposition from scoring.

The Colorado Raptors have a lot to look forward to next season. While the ending to this season was not what we had hoped we finally broke through our first round series curse. We lose quite a few veterans and the most important piece to our team, our Captain Angus McFife. The good news for Colorado is we have a bunch of up and comers who he has helped guide and mentor who will really do great work leading this team back to the playoffs. The good news is even with the additions of a few pieces this season to make our playoff push we did not empty the cupboard. Teams like Vancouver (who beat us in the 2nd round) will lose a lot of high earners and will have a hard time replacing them. While we will simply move everyone up a line and be in the same place we were during this playoff run. I foresee us pushing deep into the playoffs for years to come.

A. Pasta The Turtle is easily the best player name in this series. I mean who doesn't like Pasta or Turtles? I am curious about what kind of turtle he is? Is he a great sea turtle or perhaps a red-eared slider? I also have a lot of questions about how a turtle can play hockey.
(Words: 55)

B. Newfoundland has now lost the opening 3 games and is in danger of being swept. There are a few things they can do to turn it around. First, they need score more goals than their opponent scores. The second would be to unleash Pasta the Turtle on their opponents. He is probably dense and hurts to get hit by, so use that to their advantage.
(Words: 65)

C. COL making the finals could have easily been the timeline. They lost heart wrenching 1 goal games that could have gone their way. So I would say FHM favored them in the coin toss. Keep in mind their season series was 3-3. For QCC to make the finals? Well, based on the performance against NL they would need the entire NL  roster to get sick before the series and have to forfeit.
(Words:72)

D. For NL I am going to say that Maxwell King was the difference maker during their season. Obviously NL scored A LOT of goals. However, they needed well rounded performances. King not only was second on the team in points, but also put up a respectable 76 blocks and 65 hits. By the same metric, Robot Sunfish would be the VAN difference maker. 61 points on the season to go with 51 blocks and 115 hits.

Vancouver winning the cup was no small feat, but there were some important things that contributed to them winning. First they had exactly 0 players who were rookies this season. Every player with the exception of their goalies were capped on TPE or only a few points from it. This helps tremendously when most teams at least field a 4th line of rookie players. Consider that Vancouver's average TPE was more than 100 more than a team like Colorado. You also have to consider things like stamina. When the entire team is maxed you can spread the time more evenly rather than wearing down a top one or two lines.

I would be playing for the Vancouver Whalers, pushing Led Lebedev down or off the roster. Not because I'm the superior player, cause well he's far more developed than I currently am. But for one simple reason. Me and Jeff Larsson (@Redderder15) would finally square off each other in a match that mattered. Matching 3rd line times in a battle royale, winner takes all the bragging rights until the next season. But no, we don't base this off which team wins the cup but which of us contributed more to the team. Who's points and advanced statistics had more positive impact on the team. Is the the speedy perimeter player in Jeff Larsson or the down and dirty in front of the net play, willing to drag a team with them with blood and guts that Ignez Pleyel brings to the table. Thankfully, the Whalers are such a stacked team they'd hardly notice the missing TPE I would be bringing to the table.

I am pleased with my first season, it went far better than I thought it would with the Knights. Being drafted by the Knights who are in the midst of a rebuild gave me extra opportunities to prove my worth and work my way up the depth chart. Having been given a chance all the way up on the second line I was happy with the trust the team put on me and wanted to pay them back. While I wasn't sure what to expect for a first season, being counted on to be one of the team points producers wasn't it. The length of the season did prove to be a challenge, as well my production at the start was consistent I dropped off towards the end of the season. Defensively I still kept up positive numbers but wasn't able to produce at the rate I would have liked later in the season and into the playoffs. Going forward I need to work on my skating and round out more of my defensive game while still finding ways to put up points when it matters most. Looking forward to my sophomore season with the knights!

Task #12 - 3 TPE

When the Knights selected Ignaz Pleyel in the 3rd round, there wasn't a lot known about this player. He wasn't the flashiest player, or the fastest but he went to those dirty areas and willing to sacrifice to make the play. Suffice to say, I think he's met and exceeded any of the initial expectations. He's worked tirelessly all season to become a complete 200' foot hockey player improving his defensive game immensely. His skating was probably his weakest point and he's worked hard to rectify that, getting stronger and faster throughout the season. His contribution on the ice on both ends was noticeable for the Knights all season long, average .5 points a game in his Rookie season. Coming into the S62 draft, he's put himself in contention to be a good early 2nd round pick up or a steal if he goes as late as the 3rd round. Wouldn't even be that surprised if some team decides he's worth a first round pickup.

If I were not a member of the Detroit Falcons I think the team I would like to most be playing for would be the Vancouver Whalers. When I first came into the league back in S13 (oldie), I was drafted by the Whalers organization and it was a team that continued to support their players no matter what and helped me really learn the ropes of the league and how to build a solid player and ultimately understand the sim so I could be successful in the future. With the broad assumption that 50 seasons later the team is still fostering this culture I believe it would be a cool one to rejoin. On the ice they also have a phenomenal team that constantly competes for titles. Playing alongside guys like Alexis Saint-Michel would be amazing as he is someone I have based my build after. I think that I would make a fairly big impact on the team as I kept improving through the season and I kept getting better in the sim as the season progressed so I would fit into the roster well and help their chances of winning a cup.

LW – Lev Lebedev – Lev is a very fancy passer on the ice and would be the ultimate playmaker against any team he would play. He can also play well on the PP and be a quarterback and ease some of the pressure off the defenseman. This would also help make the PP more dynamic and harder to stop

RW – Alexis Saint-Michel – Once a very talented player, Saint-Michel took a step back this season but has the ability to be a gamechanger for any team. His physical player is very vital to a top line as he can forecheck the hell out of any team and cause turnovers, alongside his puck skills Saint-Michel has the ability to do it all and put the puck in the net or dish it over to a teammate for an easy tap-in

C – Robert Black– The first Newfoundland player here, but this was a very eays pick. The league leader this season in assists and just a perennial talent in the league. He and the other two wingers would establish a very strong chemistry over the seasons. While he is a pass-first player, Black would still provide that dynamic element to the team as the Whalers cycle the puck in the opponent’s zone. He also has a strong FO% which will be crucial in all aspects of the game

LD – Mikko Rashford – A rookie defenseman that really figured out how to turn on the jets late in the season, Rashford was a very strong performer this entire season and their upside is unlimited at this point. They really took another step through the first few rounds of the playoffs and should be a solid defenseman for this squad

RD – Jannik Nordstern – Going back to the Berserkers, another strong defenseman with playmaking ability that will help the team really move the puck up the ice and out of their own zone. They also put up a whopping +43 in the reg. seasons which should bode well for any team

G – Olof Karsikko – This man was a sikko in ent all season leading the league in shutouts and wins and just honestly a brick wall behind this already stellar d-core.

St. Louis even ended up going up 3-1 in the series ready to close it out before the team from Great Falls took Game 5 in OT, Game 6 by one goal and then turned on the jets and embarrassed St. Louis 5-0 in game 7. Since most of the other series ended before Game 5 this one was a really good back and forth one that deserved a documentary about it.
