Calgary rookies key to 4 game win streak:


Our rookie class has really impressed so far this season, as Valor and Saint-Michel got on the scoresheet in the first game on the season, and got their first career goals, in games 3 and 5 respectively. Zhen Roza has been the backbone to Calgary's success, but don't let that high goals-against average fool you, the pacific division is by far the most competitive division in the league, and Roza has held their own quite well, picking up 2 wins during the span against Tampa Bay and Los Angeles

Player spotlight, Videl Valor:


Calgary had very high hopes for Videl Valor after signing as a free agent in S61, and she has not disappointed. She has 4 points in 8 games, including her first career goal against Edmonton and has been a contributing factor to the penalty-killing unit as she has an assist on Weston's short-handed goal.
