Not for things already analyzed, but for provoking Nour in a secondary incident, after the things that already have been analyzed.

HO is punishing the reply, so it would be fairly safe to assume that if the initial statements were problematic they would have made it one post/punishment.

I applaud HO for this for one reason. Despite being no stan for Izzy, I believe that everyone should be held accountable for what they say no matter their standing on the site. I thought the Izzy punishment was fair and maybe a little less than I would given him, but I'm not an appeals member so my opinion on that is moot. But no matter if there is provocation involved one should still be able to hold one's tongue or be ready to face consequences. Hopefully we can all move past this now.
